How could you not mention Sterling Holloway's most famous role? He was the original Winnie the Pooh! Also, how is it mind blowing that John Goodman voiced both Pacha and Sully? Listening to either character you can instantly recognize Goodman's voice, it's unmistakable! I found some of the others much more surprising. Phil Harris is the first voice I think of when it comes to animated Disney films - Baloo, Little John, and O' Malley!
