It seems to me Harry says , it feels, he thinks, its suspicious etc, nothing of any substance , I think this is more about Harry wanting to silence press unless its favourable to him and that is not how press works , you can not pick and choose. His arrogance and sense of entitlement is off the scale . I think he has lost it and genuinely needs a medical intervention. He seems in a permanent state of paranoia imo

Harry is a narcissist who believes he had divine powers, hence his belief that his earthly mission is to 'fix' the royal family, the UK government & the media simply by thinking it. It's his godlike powers of manifesting a thought that will make it happen.

It seems to me Harry cannot believe Chelsy Davy dumped him for any other reason and has to prove to himself & the world that the only reason she did was because of press reporting and intrusion-not because he was selfish, self-centered, entitled, unfaithful, paranoid, and generally didn’t treat her well. But that can’t be it. No no. Has to be the press’s fault!

Speaking as someone who knows South Africa well and who resided in the same area as Chelsy Davy and Harry in Cape Town, it needs to be said that in South Africa a very small amount of money in exchange for information is entirely possible. Airline staff, airport staff, servants etc would provide whatever information you wanted for few hundred £’s. And of course Harry knows this VERY well.

    • @Anna_Key
      @Anna_Key ปีที่แล้ว +1

It seems there were some articles that had no legitimate explanation. Harry should have just relied on those few. Instead he included so many other articles which has watered down his accusation and proved the paper had a LOT of options to get stories without relying on illegal means.
Besides, is it even illegal to call up someone else's voicemail? Immoral, sure, but what's illegal about that?
Phone tapping is definitely illegal, but this is mainly about listening in to voicemail.

If a "journalist" does not have to reveal the source of the info they get, and if Harry has no physical, concrete evidence that they tapped his phone, then it seems as if the "journalists" can continue to tap phones until someone can provide concrete evidence.
But who can do so if they don't have the knowledge of how it is done? Is it Harry's job to hire someone to discover concrete techical evidence that this was done to him and then bring that to court?
If the concrete evidence is in the method used to hack the phone and that method is beyond the understanding of the person bringing the claim, or the investigator they may hire, then how is anyone supposed to bring concrete evidence to court? If no one can bring concrete evidence, then do the "journalists" get away with hacking phones?

Papers also work on guess work, all long distance relationships are difficult, and am well aware of how much time young people in a relationship will spend on the phone when in a ordinary relationship, multiply into long distance, and phone conversations lasting hours makes sense.
As for flights, unless flying under an assumed name there are plenty of people who might talk.
Reading newspapers there is often a lot written based on guess work and logic.
Plus I would not put it past Harry when drinking or on substances having said things he shouldn't have to people he shouldn't have, look at Spare seems to like shooting his mouth off, and telling the world about other people's business, where's their right to privacy.
People in glass houses should not throw stones and Harry has been lobbing boulders, plus anyone who has ever really been upset about there privacy being breached would not then do it to others ( re Spare again ) because they would not want to cause that amount of distress to others.

Anyone at Heathrow would could have reported it. I know for a fact, that Heathrow airport had a media person that stationed himself at the airport every single day. I probably could give you a name, but I won't.
There are also a million people, cabin staff, ground crew, luggage handlers, and many others that can tip someone off. He could have had her met from the plane and bypassed the terminal if he had chosen too. There is a separate exit off of the plane ramp, too, if needed.
Certain people are advised of VIP's coming in or out of there. It's time for harry to get some help, stop clowning around, and grow up. 😮

Well, does his legal team have the evidence or not? They're there, aren't they? They should be able to produce it if they do. Surely, his statements are pointless without the evidence. As for whether or not anyone knew about the "long phone calls", did anyone really believe that the Press knew the truth? Could you just surmise that two young people living miles apart would have "long phone calls" or wouldn't their friends have mentioned it? My understanding is that a lot of this behaviour from the Press has changed in the past 20 years - they have agreements about giving the Royals some privacy. If Harry loses this case, will this then annul those agreements?

I suppose his next book, written by the wife, will major on the unfairness of the British legal system because they wouldn't accept 'suspiciosness' as evidence!!

I can’t feel sorry for Harry after his behaviour,if his legal team had evidence surely it would of been submitted by now? Everything Harry is saying is hearsay isn’t it ? Thankyou for the video ❤

Agree!! In the U.S. we have depositions where the claimant is questioned under oath, and such testimony can be used later in a court proceeding including the trial.
This process narrows down the case to help eliminate the weaker issues in a case and thus negotiating can eliminate the necessity for a court trial.

To me as a layperson, Harry's case is based on five shaky points. First, despite not a shred of actual evidence to support his hacking claims, he repeatedly describes stories as 'very suspicious', as if suspicion represents grounds for a judgment against MGN Ltd., Second, Harry refuses to accept that the lack of hard evidence supports the position of MGN Ltd., instead suggesting the use of 'burner phones' again without any supporting evidence for their use in writing any of the articles forming elements of his claim. Third Harry refers the court repeatedly to journalists to 'fill in the gaps' in his own evidence, when he knows perfectly well that the court cannot compel them to give statements. Fourth, and again repeatedly, Harry has conceded that he had not read a large proportion of the articles in question when he claims to have been emotionally damaged by them. Finally, Harry admits that several cases in his own Particulars of Claim were unknown to him but were 'included by his legal team', despite him having signed the document as being his own statement. Surely, these factors alone are sufficient to prevent judgment in Harry's favour?
