He was always An a hole. I liked the portrayal of him this way lol. Didn’t he want to make Data property of Star Fleet and take away his autonomous rights?

@Tjordful Jellico got along well with Data. I think that was Admiral Nakamura who sent Maddox to unperson Data.
Jellico was there to chew Cardassians and run a Four-Shift Rotation, and he was all out of Cardassians.
