    The way you turn the hook to grab the stitches on the end is so useful. I will try this next time. Thanks Shelley🥰. Have a great day.

    Thank you for showing us how to make this mitt. Love the way you do a close-up so we are able to see each stitch. Love your videos Ann

    Great tutorial. Never seen the technique of closing a seam without yarn on hook demonstrated before. Thank you for a lovely clear demonstration. This is likely to be the first thing I try on my new Sentro when it arrives next week. Thank you.

    I can't wait to make these. I never would have thought to deconstruct a striped cake. What a great tip!
    Now, why do those colors remind me of Baskin-Robbins?

    If you did this with the addi 22 needle machine would it be to small for adults?

    • @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet
      @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. But if you did two tubes and seamed them together then folded them over it would work.

    You make it so simple, but I have so much trouble doing the mattress stitch. My rows seem to twist no matter how slow and careful I go.🤷

      Straighten out the row 5 or 6 stitches at a time. It may help doing smaller sections.

      What does “deconstructing the yarn ball” mean? PS… love all your projects and videos!

      Ok, I just heard your comment at the end (17:55). I just never thought of cutting the colors apart! 😅🤪

      I use a contrasting yarn and weave in and out of the row all the way from bottom to top so that I can clearly see which column I’m supposed to be working on so that the mattress stitch stays straight. Hope this helps someone struggling to keep the seam straight like I use to. Now my seams are straight.

      @KC-nb3st Thank you for that tip. I'll definitely try that next time. It will open up so many project possibilities that I skip because of my difficulty with that stitch.
