Both campsites have spots that Slenderman can spawn and stand in the distance on.
Point hope has the secret puzzle, some messages that read out "get out" in one of the rooms.
Patient 07 is in the main lobby and her corpse is in sunny meadows morgue
There's likely others across different maps.

In the lobby if you move to the left of the door that can't be opened and look to the right through the window in the door you can see the patient zero model ghost doing her twitching

The Maple Lodge had a lot of Easter Eggs. According to the Phasmophobia Wiki page for the lodge, Slenderman can mostly be found of the left right after you get off the truck. The Blair Witch reference and the Jason Voorhees hockey mask are both here. There's also an Easter Egg for the Ring. To get that, you must go into the cabin and turn on the TV. Then, turn off the TV. After turning off the TV, you would hear the phone ring.

In most games, easter eggs are just cosmetics and fun references. It’s just a little nod to possibly other games, community inside jokes, etc. In Phasmophobia, they don’t really affect your gameplay as far as I’m aware.

You have to do a custom difficulty & add all 7 cursed items
