Thank you for this meditation. My mind did wander here and there from the image of the violet light. Though in the end, I did feel much of my tension gone, and now I am more centered.
I'm suffering with deep trauma, even strong positive emotions such as love can set off a panic or anxiety attack. I struggled to do this meditation and burst into tears. Any suggestions where I can start with positive meditation to help me?
I love this meditation. But as I start, I'm having a hard time, it's like something trying pull out inside me. It's feels like a bubble gum that was stuck a on hair for a long time is now trying to be removed on that hair. It hurts inside my soul, maybe my traumas is really that sticky in my soul. 😅
