I'm still trying to demystify the differences in these roles in software.
Haha yeah I’m a new Scrum Master to my organization and a New SM in general and they’re trying to make me the PO, SM & a Project Manager at once but I’ve been pushing back diplomatically! Can’t allow them to try and sneak those roles onto me for free
