I've always loved stickers and have been wanting to do this for years with my photos but always thought that I needed to buy a special printer. I'm going to buy the sticker paper and try it out; the measuring part will probably be the most trial and error (as I'll be using an A4 printer and my diary is different to yours) but I'm excited to give it a go. If it works out, this year will probably be the most fun I'll have journaling so thanks in advance!
Oh my goodness it worked!! It took me a long time because of using A4 (I wanted to maximise what I could print on 1 page whilst aligning it with my journal measurements - instead of wasting space) plus photoshop issues but wowee this is fantastic. I followed your instructions and am overjoyed with the results. Thank you!
Super-thrilled to watch this and thanks for the links. I have been trying various photo transfer techniques with inconsistent results. The clear matte stickers might be just the thing.
Thanks so much for sharing your skills and ideas!!! I'm so needing this today as I work out photos for my travel journal - and admit, not a star with photoshop.....SO many things turn out incorrectly! Gonna try to understand what you're doing and try to make my computer do the same - fingers crossed!
What a fun idea! I hadn’t thought of using my desk printer, I usually use my Polaroid ZIP, but the paper is so expensive I don’t print many pictures. I will be trying this!
Thanks for this video, I tried downloading that template on yr website but my computer didn't like the file?? I tried playing around with it or saving it like a xls, doc etc but alas I couldn't change it. I will try the tips from this video, hopefully I have more success. Great video as always James 🥰👍
Yes, and typically I just print a full page at a time - the 4x6 was for the demo :) although, sometimes I will just have a bunch cut at 5x7 to print in the in between times where I can’t fill an entire 8.5x11 inch sheet :)
Nothing specific - I put it on gloss or matte photo paper and quality HIGH or BEST. I have run into smearing before but I was printing on the back side of the sticker paper accidentally hahaha. If that’s not it, check your sticker paper is for “inkjet printers”. Hopefully that helps a little :)
Ya know I enjoyed watching your video, buttttt most of the terms you use I have no clue what you’re talking about. Don’t know where you are located but again (cm) again no clue. Inches n feet I get. So wish I had the knowledge to do what you did. Good job. Will move on till I find one that is at my level - which I guess is kindergarten, lol.
Oh my! Absolutely Stunning!! 😮🎉🎉🎉
Thank you 😊

Super helpful! I was so afraid to even try. Thank you!
It was meant to be… I have the same printer! I love the step by step, and need it! Thank you!
Thanks for this video! I totally need to try this. I love the addition of photos to your journals. So cool!
Really helpful video! Love your illustrations!
Printing illustrations on transparent sticker paper is such a good idea!

O cool! Question answered 🤣
Thank you so much
I'm going to try this idea with Canva. I even have the same printer, so it's a sign I have to at least give this a try😊. TYFS!
Do you cut the 4x6 from a letter size label? I can't find 4x6 at onlinelabels except in rolls, or on a 8.5x11 sheet.

Hi! I have the same printer as you but when I print on the sticker paper it smears. What settings do you have your printer on?
Nothing specific - I put it on gloss or matte photo paper and quality HIGH or BEST. I have run into smearing before but I was printing on the back side of the sticker paper accidentally hahaha. If that’s not it, check your sticker paper is for “inkjet printers”. Hopefully that helps a little :)
Has anyone in europe found anywhere that sells transparant sticker paper? Seems impossible!
Cut out sugar! You will be healthier feel better and look better! 😊
Back ground music not doing it for me.☹️❤️
