There are isolated parts of this piece that just carry me away. Ive seen it played now in several different formats, all amazing and highly emotive, but this is simply a next level arrangement (Assad), and performance (this genius). As I learn this piece, I realise that it will take me years once I've nailed it, to put the feeling and energy required to truly do justice to this. I salute you, sir.

At last someone who listened to Piazzolla instead of guitarists playing him!
Well, this was arranged by Sergio Assad, wich is another guitarrist playing Piazzolla. And Zoran Dukic changed (reinterpreted) some parts of the original sheet.
@@DicasDoFofinho I meant the interpretation, the rubato, the colors, the dynamics and the accelerando. Typical Piazzolla. The arrangement is secondary, Piazzolla improvized a lot anyway. Guitarists are usually too shy, reserved and proper. This music should be played violently and passionately. Dukic understood that very well. That's all I am saying.
Yeah, wih the right strictness in tempo. Others would just drown this piece with too much rubato.
At 4.25 .....I simply had been convinced.... best perfomance of this masterpiece of Piazzolla. But this is also all due to Sergio Assad , and his transcription.. Bravo Zoran and Sergio. Love.

i can’t stop listening. some of the best dynamics and phrasing i’ve ever heard; i might try to tackle this piece in 2-3 years time given my progress but i can only aspire to play such an emotionally-developed rendition.
