      I love Sheriff Judd but he badly contradicted himself here, calling the suspect a "mad man" and then saying that he knew what he was doing. You can't have it both ways. This is Just ONE of several cases that I know of recent war veterans with PTSD committing murder. Sheriff Judd called the suspect a "war hero", yet then threw him under the bus. Over 20K American soldiers who have fought in the wars against "terrorism" have committed suicide. Some psychiatrists say all this war related PTSD is a reaction to how horrible, pointless, and unjust Americans wars over there are. They call them "moral injuries". These men volunteered to serve their country and discovered how really horrible America is when they get over there. See "Private Needham's War" by 48 Hours here on YT for the story of another war veteran with PTSD who committed murder because the military refused to deal with his problem.
      God Bless America !!!
      The nation that kicks its soldiers to the curb when its done using them !!!
      The nation that can afford trillions on bombs but which
      can't even adequately take care of its veterans !!!

    • @Anna-Rose-
      @Anna-Rose- 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have a family member who is a marine. He'd only been home a couple weeks when his sister's toddler went missing. The cops got tunnel vision when they found out that he is a marine.
      Another family member overheard the cops talking about their theory. It was; that they thought he had murdered the baby and hid his body in the house.
      They hauled him and his sister to the sheriff's office, while the baby is still missing, and interrogated them.
      The baby was found, and was okay. Here's the story if interested.
      The house is out in the country (grandparents home). It was a nice day so they were outside. Grandma got distracted for a minute and the baby got into the woods behind the house. They had a pit bull who loved that baby and she stayed with him always. And was this day.
      As soon as g'ma realized he wasn't in the yard, she immediately let everyone know and began the search. It was all over the news. A man who lived close by heard everything on the scanner and TV. He got on his 4-wheeler and set out to look for him. He'd park and listen. When he heard the dog barking, he followed it until he found them.
      Then, the cops had the cajones to ask the marine to join the force. He was mad as hell and told them he hated the fn cops.

    It reminds me of the young guy - also in Florida - that killed and started eating people in their garage. Random also. He had no connections to the victims.

    I could see this happening more often, some vets are wondering what was it all for. They went and served then their own country turns their back on them. Sad, but they have created the rage some vets have now.

      And to see people’s posts wondering about his kills overseas. So quick to discount his life really. I don’t condone what he did. It was a tragedy, but just like law enforcement, service members can’t unsee or rewind incoming or outgoing attacks. I pray for the shooter and his family and friends as well. So thankful my God is a forgiving God.

    I remember when meth users , who happened to be brother and sister, broke into an RV camper in Clark County, NV and carved up a two and 3 year old with butcher knives. They believed the owners had more meth stored there.I happened at Sam’s town RV park around 2005.
