This is not the USA however I say to all Jamaicans if the Prime Minister has to resign because he owns, operates and associates himself with business and is head of this country. Then every other head of state around the world should also resign. All the members of parliament should also resign. Let him who has no sin cast the first stone.

JCF said bomb threat and, in the same statement, said they repel the threat🤔. Was the bomb threat made by someone in person and they catch the person? That's the only way to repel that threat. One big distraction

I see people on here talking about the country being in the best position ever. Which rock are you folks living under? In Jamaica, some places you have to pay rent in US dollars. Why? Teachers are leaving by the droves. Why? Nurses, Doctors etc. Yet the Prime Minister can afford to build a mansion from his parliamentary salary and give loans from his company that he didn't file any taxes for. Make that make sense!

The people are the true government, yet Jamaica will continue to languish in poverty until its citizens learn to think critically. They rally behind a prime minister who is allegedly flouting the country’s laws and diverting taxpayers' money for personal gain. It is a sad reflection of the general populace that such behavior is tolerated. So many people in this comment section are defending alleged criminal actions by a Prime Minister. In any working democracy, they would be impeached or forced to resign within days. People care more about party loyalty and irrational feelings rather than facts and decisions that will actually improve their lives and their children's futures. For any intelligent Jamaican, the best course of action is to leave the country, as the majority seems content to embrace corruption, authoritarian policing, and perpetual poverty.
