I too ADORE when the outdoors is brought inside, especially well decorated waterfalls, koi ponds, and atriums. I’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania a couple of times visiting my older sister and her family…this hotel had a VERY nice central lobby/ food court area, it was like eating breakfast in a japanese garden. ❤
Annual pass holder for universal in Florida, and have to say it’s sweet to see Universal moving at a high pace in building the new park. We needed someone to start pushing at Disney, and while they can’t topple the Mickey Kingdom, they can start making them have to also start brainstorming for new ideas to push through, and fast.
A new huge theme park currently under construction that really excites me is the new six flags Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦 which will open really close to where I live and the plans for it looks amazing!!! I know that it will be pretty tough in the blazing 52° weather but it’s fine lol
Part of the Epic Universe expansion coming to Universal Orlando is gonna be themed to the classic Universal Monsters, and as a horror fan I am so excited for it

Im so hyped for Iron Menace in Dorney Park and the Flash: Vertical Velocity in SFGADV that is opening up, since it is near my home-city! Iron Menace will be a new Dive Coaster and coaster that Dorney Park gets since 2012, while The Flash: Vertical Velocity will be the Second New-Gen Vekoma Super Boomerang to open up!
This building is coming along very nicely 👀 one thought I have to make it more realistic is building fences in certain areas such as around the indoor waterfall so kids don't fall in or around the shrubbery outside of the Pizza Pen. It seems like almost every theme park has some version of fences or gates everywhere!
Honestly, I'm excited to see Holiday World's new for 2023 coaster "Good Gravy!". It's just so amusing that the park went through with such an absurd theme.
Oooh, it's cool seeing progress pictures and stuff of new coasters (and other stuff) being creatuered! Also the love on theme parks! That waterfall addition is gorgeous! I love how cozy the building looks, if it was a real place I'd totally go there. The lights looks so pretty on the outside, night time ambience is great! Curious to know what's going on before the addition of the roof. (It also looks pretty tied in without the roof too ahaha) There's a new tilt coaster being develouped "circuit breaker" and it looks like it's going to be pretty fun!
I’m just excited for epic universe! We are planning for a Disney vacations with the kids in 3-4 years and I’m starting to wonder if we would prefer a trip to epic universe once it’s opened! All the updates videos on the construction are nice and this park is building with staff on caffeine!
My local park is Hershey Park which just got a new hybrid coaster called wildcats revenge which is such a good ride and I can’t wait to be able to ride it. It’s also just a fun park in general and I am always exited to be able to go back. I have a season pass there so we try to go as often as we can to get our moneys worth. 😂 I’m exited for the next episode and the southern accent is absolutely on point. 😆 continue the great work!

New rides opening at my home park, in this years case we are getting the worlds first Intamin Ultra-Surf, being the first launched coaster in the lineup. Super hyped for this :)
I would love to see a candy-themed area of the park which as a joke, has an innocent looking ride that is actually the fastest coaster in the park (only the entrance sign should be visible from the actual entrance and it should just seem very playful and innocent)
I worked at Disneyland in California for 11 years. I’m really excited that Disney announced that the are investing major money into their parks. As for that really happening, we’ll see. I think they are just announcing that in hopes of the stocks to jump up. In other Theme Park news, I moved to Kansas 5 years ago because California just got to expensive to live. They just announced a theme park being built a few hours away from me in Oklahoma. It’s being designed by 22 former Disney Imagineers.
Some recent news that excites me is the opening of Tron: Lightcycle Run at Disney World (my “home” theme park even though it’s halfway across the country lol). I remember last year when the Guardians of the Galaxy coaster opened there. I was so stoked and it was such a sick ride. And Dollywood is building a second resort right now, which is so sick to me: gives me more incentive to go, I went there this summer and it was an amazing experience!
I know that it's very small but I'm very excited to visit my home theme park, Bay Beach, which is planning to buy it's next ride, The NebulaZ. Bay Beach hasn't added a new ride (besides a ferris wheel) in ages, which is why I'm very excited to ride this.
My Home park is: Tivoli gardens In Denmark not a very Big park and one Bigger ride called demon an floorless coaster but still a lot of historie with it just turned 180 years old
omg Thrillville Off The Rails for the wii, I played that a ton as a kid. Ridiculous plot and cutscenes. Definitely consider, perhaps even co-commentated with a friend or something.
I live three hours away from Orlando, FL, which has DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. They have a smaller park called FunSpot America, and that's the last one I went to and conquered my fear of Rollercoasters. Before that was Universal Orlando, where I chickened out in first attempt.
I am excited for the Xcelerator at Knotts Berry Farm, Buena Park, to be re-opened. It's one of my favorite rides there, and it has been closed for more than a year. A date has not been announced, but the park has announced that it will open soon.
I dunno if this is atypical for viewers of the series, but I'm not a huge roller coaster enjoyer and have a bit of a fear of bigger coasters... but if the Universal expansion had a coaster in the How to Train Your Dragon section where I could put on my headphones and listen to that soundtrack while racing through the sky, I think I'd ride it a hundred times 😆

As far as newer theme park investments, I’m most excited for the Flash Vertical Velocity coming to Six Flags Great Adventure. I’ve been to that park twice now, and this gives me another reason to go back.
CQOTD: My home park Kings Island is getting a family Vekoma boomerang, this is really good for the whole cedar fair chain because they might start to work with Vekoma more and make high thrill coasters with them (vekoma has mostly been working overseas making amazing multi launches)
i am really excited for the new Coaster at Europapark „Voltron Nevera“ it looks amazing and is going to be one of the best coasters in Europe. Its a Mack Stryker coaster with 7 inversions and 4 launches. The theming looks awesome and it is going to be in their new Croatia themed area. Only 6 months to go and i cant wait
Nemesis being rebuilt at Alton Towers in England, it's in the top 10 Coasters in the world and very unique due to building restrictions in the area requiring it to be built below the tree line.
I’m excited for the re working of nemesis at Alton towers they are fully upgraded it and just about finished the tracks (which is black with veins on) and new theming as well.
There's a new steel themed coaster being built in my area. Apparently it's a drop coaster like the Griffon, but they're theming it off the famous Bethlehem Steel Factory. Sounds like a cool concept, so it'll be interesting to see where they go with it.
I think the most exiting thing I think is top thrill 2 because I am 1 hour away from cedar point and it has my top 3 fav coasters. Im a coaster enthusiast btw.
question of the day: I don't know if this counts but when again. helix was announced, Liseberg made an huge advertising campaign hyping us up for the reveal. and I remember seeing a. epic trailer for it that pumped 13 year old me with excitement. also they made an entire SOUNDTRACK for this coaster which also kicks ass. But overall there isn't much that excite me. but helix announcement was one of a kind. and ill never forget it.
Disney recently announced more plans for the new theme park space that they want to build in the parking lots surrounding Disneyland/DCA, it'll be enough space to build two entire lands, both with their own headlining ride, theming, and an assortment of other thrill rides and fun activities. Over the couple years that they've hinted towards this expansion, we've just had basic stylized concept art that wasn't meant to accurately depict what they're building, it was made to showcase that they could build something there as a way to generate hype. It seems like perhaps that concept art hype paid off, because over the last couple of weeks Disney released more in depth plans that show buildings and even RIDE layouts/schematics. While the city has yet to sign off on their plans, it seems like they pretty much have them all fleshed out and ready to go, so if it does get signed off, they'll probably start building immediately. (It's still projected to take like a decade+ though..)

Universal is going to be opening 2 new parks. Epic Universe and Universal Texas. The Texas park is going to be like your Cedar Fair or Sis Flags kind of park but with Universal quality theming. Universal is also adding a year round Halloween horror nights event in Vegas

I've always had a quite difficult time hearing different American dialects/accents if they aren't exaggerated to hell and back for some reason. But when you talked the "country accent" I started recognising it in how I remember BrutalMoose and RevScarecrow talking, so thank you, it has been really bothering me (English, as in England, dialects I hear the differences of super easily so it bothered me I couldn't do the same for USA).

Lagoon in Utah is opening an interactive controlled spin indoor coaster soon called PRIMORDIAL that I'm excited to ride before the snow hits us soon 😂

Universal is going to be opening 2 new parks. Epic Universe and Universal Texas. The Texas park is going to be like your Cedar Fair or Sis Flags kind of park but with Universal quality theming. Universal is also adding a year round Halloween horror nights event in Vegas

I've always had a quite difficult time hearing different American dialects/accents if they aren't exaggerated to hell and back for some reason. But when you talked the "country accent" I started recognising it in how I remember BrutalMoose and RevScarecrow talking, so thank you, it has been really bothering me (English, as in England, dialects I hear the differences of super easily so it bothered me I couldn't do the same for USA).
