Hope your knee is feeling better Dave. Your not alone. At 63 I'm always tweeking something. At least you have one good find...your dog. So loyal. Looking forward to next video.
Yeah, Bruno was a gift from god. Literally. A very sweet rescue that came to me unexpectedly.
I enjoy your videos ,Charlie from Pensacola, You're 1 smart cookie when it comes to knowing all the different things about motorcycles that you have learned, Just amazes me, I enjoy motorcycles , And motorcycles have been a part of my life for over 60 years, Thanks again for your videos,
Thank you. It's not as easy as it looks takes a lot of research when i'm working on something.
my parents danced to this song at 16:10 back in 1960. it was called Clutch Plates Disappointment by the Barnett Brothers Band 1955.
I didnt know that, just trying to fill the dead spot with music. I'll have to look that up! Oh I get it now! I'm slow!
@@bullpencycles it was a slow dance song. get it... s l o w... dance song? because you replied yer slow. I like that fancy schmancy Benelli 250 4 cylinder a whole lot. I want to see it parked next to the Norton rotary schmotory bike they display nice together.
Thanks for another great video! I’m praying that your knee will heal soon. I’m no stranger to knee problems, I’ll be 63 soon and both of my knees are needing to be replaced. The parts issues can be resolved. Try to take care of yourself! You’re not a young man anymore as I’m constantly reminded every day! Thanks for another great video!!
You're welcome thank you
Hi there Dave. You need something to make life easier. A roller starter. I know it's not the "done thing" but it may help start the thing that bit you so you can tune it.
Yes, sometimes those roller starters still need two people, They don't grip well on Knobby tires
Thanks for the video Dave! I hope your knee is better fast! My Dad told me to chill with the riding fast and flying high because I would regret it when I got older, well it's not as bad as it could be... But sometimes though.... not good. What do we do? Get old or die. So Dave, I guess we will have to deal with getting old.
Yes, but once I die, it wont matter! Get old until, then our hope, but until then, well it's sketchy!
@@bullpencycles Sometimes... it can be!
I get both knees budged up ( by riding pillion and crashing in a parked car) so welcome to the club of pain. For the caliper on the 250/4 benelli maybe LA Nick on yt can set you up he's into benelli's of this era.
Enjoyed your video. Greetings and well wishes from the netherlands
That Ariel is gorgeous!! Sorry about the knee. Looking forward to hearing it thump!!
We go for a ride on it here around the five-minute mark. th-cam.com/video/u5kn5wnG2As/w-d-xo.htmlsi=vOsGpjucVpQDGgqV
cold and raining in Maine .It's a good day for riding my 1970 ct90 with the float bowl issue .Take good care of that knee .
Cool bikes and you adjusted the volume on the music very nicely.
Thank you the music was still louder than I anticipated. It's just comes through differently on the t v
Swimming is great for my knees.
It's got a bit windy and cold here, so I haven't been lately, but I am still doing the knee bending. I find that helps, too.
Ouch, Dave. The aches and pains of old age is bad enough w/o tweaking your knee anew. Get better soon.
My dad would always tell me…. Don’t get old junior……I didn’t listen. 70 now but still kickin …..kinda.
THANKS AGAIN DAVID VERY NICE JOB. LOTS OF INFORMATION KNOWLEDGE APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL HERE.
Keep on trucking.
You forget, momma! Keeo on trucking Momma!
Dave, you got all those packages of parts for your projects. But nothing for old Bruno. That square 4 is nice. I would love to turn it into a period bobber.
Insurance regulations actually say no dogs in the shop. I can either have dogs or visitors. Bruno's snacks get shipped to the house.
Love to have the Katana....hope your knee gets better in a hurry. That stinks.
Dave hopefully you can use one those auto start things.... kicking bikes ay OUR age is out man....
Cool Video....
Check and make sure your ground is good.Make sure you have a good ground that could be the reason. The coils not pulling in
Hi Dave.I may have to sue you for spousal support as my husband spends more time watching you on TH-cam than he does with me😂.He's a car mechanic and also a mechanic and restorer of vintage dirt bikes and other vintage motorcycles He has some rare ones you would probably love.Anyway just wanted to let you know you have a wonderful you tube channel because he sure seems to like it.(from a Nova Scotia viewer)
Thank you so much. Sorry about your husband lol
Dave, check out Motion Pro for fuel line. I like their Premium black style. Thanks for the video
Think maybe get one of those rear wheei ground starters that spins the rear wheel till she fires. Knee/ Foot and ankle saver for us over 60 yr. olds.🥴
All I want for Christmas is an old 2 stroke dual sport!
Let Santa be good to you, my friend
Is that a Nostalgia Cycle Motor Behind you on the Shelf????
Yes. Good eye there, my friend
What the heck is a Fontana ? 🤣
Yeah, I will probably be messing that up for the rest of my life.
Why don't you get one of those electric roller rear wheel bike starters like the racers have.....
He has one.
On nobby tires i bet its not as easy as it sounds especially on big bore 2 strokes ( with nobby tires)
That is true. And the Pursang has a dual plug head with no compression release. So it just the clutch and 4th gear on the roller.
...... purrrRRRR_SANE ..!
I'm gonna have to start saying that
No box from pet smart... biscuits/treats?.. criminal
Yeah those boxes for Bruno get shipped to the house directly
get tygon from stens
Thank you I'll look that up
First
Second?.. 😆
