Going through all the vids I've missed since being recalled to work. When telecommuting, I found this channel and binged them all. Mom grew up in the valley, but I'm a weirdo that is always going to filming locations and roadside attractions or classic businesses, so some places I'm familiar with. But wow I just love this channel! Love toys! Didn't have many, parents were kind of weird about that and we weren’t encouraged to ask for stuff growing up, so ALL 80's toys have kind of an enchanted mystique for me. Really dig the vintage Hot Wheels stuff. I'm a collector now, go figure. Love this channel.
I was born 10/74 and I am soooooo with you bro . I echo all you say and feel. Just subbed. I appreciate you putting this content out. Have already shared to more than five places this morn. 👍👍
Love the the M.A.S.K. Intro lol. Watching this video reminds me of Visionaries and Bionic Six.! Love the videos of the SFV. I live there now but grew up back east. Subscribed man.
For me as a kid and still today, the MOTU's and especially He Man were/are the coolest toys EVER! When I first saw a He-Man toy commercial and seeing that this toy can punch by itself, I was like "wwwWWooo000OOO@@@WWW!!!" (before that, I never saw any toy that could do that on its own). Plus the figure of He Man, a barbarian type of figure was the coolest thing for me. I used to envy the kids from the commercials playing with the toys, the castle, the ships, vehicles, etc.
I'd forgotten I had most of these toys until I watched the video! I had just about everything here. The GI Joe aircraft carrier was the only toy I never had. It was like the white whale of toys. I only saw one once in my life and it was from far away. Man, just the idea of that toy existing seems magical
Had all the same toys also as a 1980s & 90 kid.. How I miss those big Christmas & birthdays at ShowBiz pizza! I love that wonderful feeling of nostalgia, & I can still smell the new toy scent, & that evil hoard slime put… My family Farm homestead got blown away, & flattened by a F5 tornado, & lost most of our crops & farm equipment, farm shop…
I could write paragraphs about this stuff! I had original Star Wars from the 70s until the exwife got almost everything in storage. I still have original Hot Wheels from the 70s and 80s with Real Rider tires and a carrying case. I had GI Joe guys, He Man, Stompers. I still have one original Storm Trooper from the 80s that travels the world with me and takes pics where I go. Holy Sh!t!!!! Starcom said "U.S. Space Force" on the commercial.
Damn, what a throw back!! Enjoyed this vid man. I still have all my he-man. And the skeletor castle. I can't find it in me to get rid of it. Still have my G I Joe's. My old hot wheels.. but I was hoping to see the 10 tire semi it would crawl up stuff. The commercial I still remember. And my buddies had the original claw vehicle. I never got one but they were cool.
DANG!....The A-TEAM Stunt Show at Universal was Bad Ass...I actually also remember going to see that show in person!...Way better than the Miami Vice or the WaterWorld shows.
My brother and I had a lot of Hot Wheels/Matchbox, GI Joe and Transformers, toy guns growing up but we also had quite a bit of bootleg toys from the San Jose Flea Market. I think those might be worth something today
Hey There from Corpus Christi,Tx! Really dig the Videos! I spent two weeks in LA/San Fernando in 2019 and got to visit a lot of my favorite movie filming locations! You do a great job putting the addresses and giving information, so thanks for that! Have you thought about doing a video for “Midnight Madness”? I can’t find one anywhere! Also, I’ve been thinking of doing one for Legend of Billie Jean… Again, thanks for the videos! The Reely Rotnz
Hey, thank you so much. I have thought about Midnight Madness. It would be a cool one. I would be all over The legend of Billie Jean if I was in the area.
Great video, how about Entertech Water Guns, MUSCLES, Magic 8 Balls, Pogoballs, Gobots, Construx, Transformers, Thundercats, Ewoks, Droids, Battlestar Galactica toys, Tron figures, Care Bears, Teddy Ruxpin, My Buddy, JEM, COPs Cartoon, Robotech, and snoopy snow cone machine?
Yeah MASK was one of my favorite cartoon shows! Good guys and bad each with a unique vehicle! I had an Omnibot! King of the Bot series of robots. There was a sale and I spent my savings to get one and was the coolest for a short while. Honestly my Robo Vac now is much more sophisticated. I call it the "Suckmaster" lol! Omnibot definitely wasn't worth $200 back then, but I really wish I had taken better care of it and that it was with me here today!
I begged my dad for some of these toys but ofc he wouldn't get me everything I wanted. Not proud of this but I learned to be proactive - I stole a few He-Man action figures from the neighbors' kid =)
My dad always got me pretty cool toys, the only thing I remember asking him for was a computer when we moved in early 1981 when I was 11 and he sold his business that had a computer since 1972. He would bring us to work on Saturdays and Sundays to play on in the store - also had a dumb terminal with modems but his programmer mostly had that. The one thing missing from my 1970s childhood that really stands out is action figures. My dad never said anything, but I have a feeling he would have said what Red Forman said on That 70's Show to Eric about GI Joe's (paraphrasing), 'Why are you playing with dolls? Dolls are for girls!'
Yeah some of those toys were pretty cool, but unless you had a backyard like the commercial, it just wasn't the same!! I was too old for those toys since I was a 70's kid, plus my parents couldn't have afford those toys!!
I got a Stretch Armstrong (The Monster). Back in the early 80's. I think that's was the only cool toy I ever had. Not many options to chose from in the Puerto Rico country side in those days. lol..
Also I had the Bandai Metal Voltron version but some reason I took them apart haha......Also had a lot of M.A.S.K. vehicles!.... of course had a Shitload of G.I.Joes and the vehicles etc...Some reason again took apart all of my G.I.Joes! lol
Yes. 80's Commercial reviews. Awesome....What. Was Our world Really like that..... Uh Yeah Boys and Girls. It Was ..these are now becoming Historical documents WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED..?
9:22 Hot wheels service center. "The more problems they find, the more fun theyll have." Who says car troubles cant be fun! I Disagree! Costly Pain in the Butt! 😂😂😂😂
I love all these old commercials. I find myself watching collections of them on youtube a lot.
We do too... all the time
BRO!! I'm 44 and I had ALL these toys! Such wonderful memories. Voltron and MASK were my absolute favorites

Wow, thank you so much for going through all my videos.
Those "backyard commercials" were the main reason why I brought my toys to the park so my figures could do their thing in a more scenic area 😂
I was born 10/74 and I am soooooo with you bro . I echo all you say and feel. Just subbed. I appreciate you putting this content out. Have already shared to more than five places this morn. 👍👍
Awesome!! Thank you so much! I really appreciate that
This is a great video I really enjoy watching it I wasn't a kid in the 80s but I remember some of these commercials
Thank you!

I don't think I ever saw one in real life
Love this. Do you remember when Universal Studios had the A-Team van that was super light and you could lift it to one side?
Absolutely. My dad didn't let me do it because the line was too long
Had all the same toys also as a 1980s & 90 kid.. How I miss those big Christmas & birthdays at ShowBiz pizza! Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry

Stompers were a memorable toy and fit into that cool “back yard” commercial set category, with the others.

Brilliant, you should definitely do more of these miss them time's

I miss it so much. I never got to see the Miami vice show
Every Christmas it was all about the latest Tyco R/C Cars, 9.6V baby.
Turbo Hopper, Bandit, Fast Traxx
Factoid: Peter Cullen, the voice of Optimus Prime, was the narrator of the Masters of the Universe commercials.
My brother and I had a lot of Hot Wheels/Matchbox, GI Joe and Transformers, toy guns growing up but we also had quite a bit of bootleg toys from the San Jose Flea Market. I think those might be worth something today
Oh I'm sure they would be

Awesome man, do more of these 80s commercial reviews. You can do more than just toys too. 👏🥳👏🥳
and then I made my own slime with the help of Playmate of the Year Donna Edmondson
About 10 years late for me but I do remember the A-Team.
Great video, how about Entertech Water Guns, MUSCLES, Magic 8 Balls, Pogoballs, Gobots, Construx, Transformers, Thundercats, Ewoks, Droids, Battlestar Galactica toys, Tron figures, Care Bears, Teddy Ruxpin, My Buddy, JEM, COPs Cartoon, Robotech, and snoopy snow cone machine?
I always wanted the whole MASK collection, I think I had the Green helicopter 🚁
80s 4 Life!!!
Yeah MASK was one of my favorite cartoon shows! Good guys and bad each with a unique vehicle! I had an Omnibot! King of the Bot series of robots. I remember when my cousin got all the Voltron lions one Christmas. I was so jealous.
We were all big time (Mazinger Z )fans back in Puerto Rico.
I just saw your mask. I had every mask piece.
1980s toys and TV shows were the best
Great vid!!
Isn’t the mad ball a Dee Snyder creation?
Thank you. Not that I know of. Would like to know if so.
I remember my parents buying me Voltron at the swap meet back in the 80's. It was probably a knock off.
Probably.. but I'm sure you loved it the same, so it don't matter
Another banger Kurt!!!

Awesome intro
Hello im from france and had lot of MASK toys. 1988 to 1992
Awesome
Yeah some of those toys were pretty cool, but unless you had a backyard like the commercial, it just wasn't the same!! I was too old for those toys since I was a 70's kid, plus my parents couldn't have afford those toys!!
I'm always looking for old action figures when I hit swap meets and flea markets. I still have tons of GI joes from tne 80s
WHAT ABOUT THE BRIDGE LAYER FROM G.I. JOE
It was a better time.
I got a Stretch Armstrong (The Monster). Back in the early 80's. I think that's was the only cool toy I ever had. Not many options to chose from in the Puerto Rico country side in those days. lol..
All I got was the mighty orbots instead of voltron Haha
Remember Stompers?
Yep
you should make up some 80s life t-shirts for sale
Also I had the Bandai Metal Voltron version but some reason I took them apart haha......Also had a lot of M.A.S.K. vehicles!....
of course had a Shitload of G.I.Joes and the vehicles etc...Some reason again took apart all of my G.I.Joes! lol

Yes. 80's Commercial reviews. Awesome....What. Was Our world Really like that..... Uh Yeah Boys and Girls. It Was ..these are now becoming Historical documents WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED..?
