At the 1:10 mark when you stated, "what if all you had to do was allow them?" literally stopped me in my ..."tracks" so to speak and I just stared at the screen whilst waves that came up within my Heart Center and radiated throughout. It rang such a cosmic harmonious cord in my primordial core that I sobbed at the recognition that I AM worthy of all my Good (first time acknowledging that aspect) and whatever else that ignited within! So glad I followed my Inner Voice today and worked with this session. Before this one, I'd used the other ones you have that seemed to prime my experience for this one. Hello GP. Yesterday I was doing tapping on ,,It's not safe to have money" and had physical sensation like something was sucking my stomach near solar plexus from inside. That was so weird and after I did some on ,,being worthy" and it felt like there was something stuck like a rock. What do I do when this stuff happens? I was trying to observe like you always tell to do, but it's first time something like this happend during tapping. Just when I thought it can't get any more weird lol. Thank you for answer :D
Hahahah, oh there is weirdness still to be had. Take it as n opening in the nervous system that is releasing some energy that is now becoming manifest in the body as that sensation. Feel that stuckness and give it loving attention. It is afraid to let go of something about your identity (hence the feeling in the solar plexus) So you could ask "How can I help you release this." Just let go of any attempt to change or fix and instead give it such a safe inner space that it can't help but feel free to move into its natural channels of love and abundance.
