You laid your bike down on the derailleur. Big mistake. If you must lay your bike down, gently lay it rotor side down.

I am not too sure. I tried to research it and found it may be 14.83 kg for the Large size.

How is it when climbing up a hill?
The stock microshift drive train that it comes with is perfect for going up steep hills, especially for what is included in the price.
