I never thought someone would make a video about Garland which I thought was a small and simple city. I'm a resident there for 24 years since birth. An interesting fact about Garland is there is a road where there are multiple auto-related businesses. Auto repair shops, oil change services, car rentals, auto parts stores, and small used-car dealerships. It's Forest Lane between Plano Road and S Jupiter Road. I don't know why there is such a high concentration of those businesses there. My guess is because that area is pretty close to I 635.
Hi @Jobi6953 , I was going through videos and came across this comment. I am looking to relocate to garland from out of state with my family, and I want you to hear the opinion first hand from someone who’s a long time resident. Do you mind give me an opinion on Kingston Gardens if you have some time please?
Hi! For the tool you used to check commute times, is there a way for us to use it with multiple points? I’m trying to narrow down my search into a specific region based on commute times.
I went to middle and high school in Garland and am very familiar. Crazy how much more houses are than they were back then. LOL It has grown a lot in the last 20 years though which is good for the area.
I'm a person of interest here I live ere I don't consider it a good start state when your 38 been through hardship and know nobody or I guess my communication needs some worked on. I'm trying to be positive about it I've been here like 15 yrs. I'm at a lost bc of hardship. That's my fault. Boo hoo. I just need to get that out of me.

I was thinking of garland as kind of the hill stereo type place lol but it is beautiful
lol. It's nice right?
We just moved to San Antonio. How is it different than here? Is it less humid? There’s shootings here all the time😭
Garland is for sure less humid.
And Garland is a more nicer community. Especially when it’s part of the Dallas county

I'm not sure on that. Maybe under the paid version?
If anyone knows any good leads bc possibly state employment or dars please let me know bc I have to get a case worker from the state to help.
Have you checked on the city website?
