Good workout Mookie! Very functional. I’m 5 ft 8 170lbs and I’m focusing more on athleticism and mobility training in my strength and conditioning. Also, me being a pitcher, I’m focusing more on finesse then trying to over power and just throw hard. The power will come with athleticism and technique.

I am similar size to you 5'8 175 lbs and my son will probably end up somewhere around there. We try and learn from you and how you do it at the highest level.
