In my top 5 favorite games. I was glued to this game when i was really young while my stepsister played The Sims in the other room. The music, world and gameplay is amazing.
BirdsofDestiny i like it, but whats weird to me is it didnt feel like a huge change purely because as a kid it felt so cool, its just caught up to 2019 lol
Great game Autumn Plains was always my favourite overworld flying from the top all the way around, the Speedways and levels, Ripto's Rage introduced some awesome elements and improvements then the original, that were in my opinion excelled in Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon, however a bit repetitive, The 3rd game will always be my favourite, just wish they hasn't got rid of the comedic opening and ending cutscenes that I really liked in this game. Personally my only complaint with this game is its length, and the Alchemist quest in Fracture Hills......less said of that the better.
All right! These older games are practiccally IMPOSSIBLE to find in original quality. Can you maybe do the rest of the trilogy like this as well? I know they're already on the channel from other submitters, but this one just looks... right (the earlier uploads either look like they were done on emulators or were really bad quality).
Really so? I’ll take your word for it. One team member covered both Spyro 1 and Spyro 2. I think they look fine.. although I do agree that Spazbo got the best picture possible with this upload. I wish the others looked as good as this but I don’t think they’ll be redone.
@@longplayarchive LOL, absolutely not. But seriously, i'm not saying you HAVE to re-upload the rest of them like this if it's good enough to you, but i'd definitely appreciate it. This is litterally the first PS1 Spyro playthrough where i didn't almost immediately went back to watching the Reignited Trilogy (which i'm guessing you've already asked Spazbo to do for the channel since i've already seen him do it for all systems on WorldOfLongplays). I'll definitely keep an eye out for the other Spyro games (outside PS1) as well.
Just playing through Reignited and came here to see 'did the skeleton caveman actually floss in the original?'. Nope, they redid his dance and included that.

Also, small tip for when you do The Legend of Spyro games, be sure to have them recorded in widescreen.
