I use the ones called store house. I love them they come with 3 bags and a compact bag all for 5 bucks and I bought them at the tool store they work great
I bought the magic bag from walmart in the jumbo size. They inflated after 12 hours. I made several attempts without success. I returned them and got the ziplock brand. I used 3 of them and 2 inflated after 12 hours. I would give bad reviews for both

this might help, but a travel toiletry kit from roadeavour will always be the best thing for me
I wonder if using plumber's teflon tape on the cap threads would slow down the leakage.

Thank you for this review very helpful, do these suction bags save space on king size sheets for shipping. I have 7 sets of king size sheets to ship and trying to keep the shipping cost down by down sizing on the box size. Your opinion is needed, thank you.
I've purchased the ones from.the dollar store since the beginning ,tried them, but somehow I feel like air is leaking in, they don't seem as airtight as when I just vacuumed them, and this has happened with several of them, I don't know if it's ok cause it's minimal or if these are not as good as the ones you purchased,do yours stay supper sucked like when you just vacuumed or do they inflate a bit?
does the suction hold up after time?
I think these r discontinued at Walmart now?? Sure would like to know if any Amazon ones r good?? 😁

I was just about to buy from Amazon! We are retiring to Mexico and only what fits in my Suburban is going with us so I REALLY need to save space so I don't have to get rid of my favorite pillows etc. Question - did you see any Jumbo size bags in your quest? I have been on the Dollar Tree site and Walmart and all I see are Large. Thanks for your review and any help.
At the Dollarama that I originally got these from they now have jumbo size! I haven't picked one up but they look pretty huge compared to the large ones I was getting.
so did you get these at the "dollar tree", "five below", "dollar general", etc? I'm looking for them and didn't find them at my "dollar tree" which is what we call our dollar store. I've tried several other brands that refilled with air quickly (the most expensive actually were the worst) so I'd like to try these. Thanks! And Thank you for taking time to do this review. :-)

What I really need to know is if you have stored clothing in these for say 3 months how do they look when they come out? I have some ultra suede like jackets and cotton tops, I am afraid they will have perma wrinkles. Help I really need to know if good quality adult clothes come out ok.
+Jimpainter222 Sorry I haven't actually stored adult clothing in these bags, just kids clothes and they come out great. Most of the material is cotton, but there is some fleece, and some microfibre and all come out great, wrinkly at first, but no permanent wrinkles. You'll have to turn to our good friend Google to help you out there!

wow - thanks...really appreciate your effort. I have the "Space Bag" brand that's so ubiquitously advertised on TV and I was shocked at how much of a complete rip-off they are - even though they are massively advertised and marketed. They hold their vacuum for a few days at most. The beauty of the scam is they know most people will store those things away and won't look at them again for several months - so when they see the bags re-inflated a few months later they'll assume it happened after a long period of time and won't think anything of it. In any case, I'm heading to the Dollar Store!
+bartlebyclips I agree. But one time, I actually pulled one out of storage after 10 years and it actually was still sealed and compressed. :) ..Surprised the hell out of me! But it's true.
