This album and now this song will always hold a special place in my heart: my parents bought me “Millennium” the first week it came out and I listened to it so much (from “Larger then Life” to “The Perfect Fan”) my dad knew all the lyrics to all the 12 songs. I got my love for music in general from my dad who introduced me to oldies, rock, classic Spanish songs, there was a wide, endless stream of music growing up and it was fun that he got something from me 😁. He passed away back in December 2012 and my family and I took his ashes back to the homeland (Colombia). Every morning, I’d watch what was pretty much the equivalent to MTV in the 80’s (mostly playing music videos) and every day they showed “Larger then Life.” I feel to connected to my dad through music, it was so wonderfully nostalgic and weirdly comforting to hear this song every day I was there. Will always miss my dad, will always love BSB.

It's filled with memories. I remember my aunt being so crazy after BSB and I included. We used to buy posters , postcards for our room decoration😂 and I'll be in charge of writing down the lyrics in a notebook so that we can memorised and next time when it comes on MTV we can sing along with them...
