I’m not a professional, but I’ve been trying to save money by cutting my own hair. I’ve tried using a bunch of videos, but this one has definitely helped me the most. I’m starting to look half way decent 😅

I have a love hate relationship with cutting my own hair. It’s just too stressful and takes me a good 1-2 hours. It comes out fire af Everytime. But I gotta get in the mode.

I know exactly what you're talking about - it also takes me over an hour to get finished. Been watching a lot of tutorials to try fnd out which steps are the best for cutting your own hair

I hear you man. It takes me about 2 hours sometimes 3 if I have trouble taking a line out. Been cutting my own hair for the last 10 years. I gotta be in the mood for it though on my days off.

I find it very difficult to see the guidelines since I cut it weekly, any advice? Also, if u have issues with clients sweating just make the room super cold
take a step back and try seeing it, I would also say cut it every other week
@@Auxz can you help me figure out the right blades & guards to use? I bought a lopro fx and it seems like the teeth on it as well as on the guards are too thick so they push hair aside instead of getting in between and cutting it so I have to keep brushing down as I fade

whatever I do, I just cannot blend out that "line" created with the 2 guard on one side of my head. The 1.5 just softens it, but doesn't get close to blending it out. The number 1 guard just makes it worse (on that side) What should I do?
Try using the corner and Angle your clipper and flick out. The one might take it out as well if the 1.5 closed doesn’t but you have to just use 1-2 teeth it helps as well at an angle if not you’re gonna create a new line
