I absolutely love and adore Evanhealy products. I am never without the Hydrosoul and always carry a small bottle in my purse. I just refill it. Jasmine is my #1 favourite! :-) Thank you for making such wonderful, natural and effective products.

I was just curious if you might be able to answer a question about hydrosol production. I'd like to do this on a very small scale with just a 5 gallon or maybe 15 gallon still from things on my property. What do you find the shelf life is of your hydrosols? Do they need to be refrigerated like some people recommend? or does the really slow method you practice to produce hydrosols make them more shelf stable? I'm just trying to get an idea of how much I can produce without making too much and wasting product. I could buy a little beverage fridge but just curious if that is necessary as long as you bottle immediately out of the still an store in a cool dark place. Thank you for your time.

Is Hydro Distillation better for making hydrosols? I guess yes cause in this way the essential oils stay into the hydrosol? I read that when hydrosols is a by-product of essential oils like in steam distillation the hydrosol is not so good in quality. I want to make the best quality of hydrosols...

I, personally, have no idea. But my thinking is that if it happens to be a byproduct when the reason for the process is to get the essential oil only, it probably isn't done under the same circumstances/ method as if the hydrosol is the key purpose for the distillation. Idk if that makes sense

A simple google search would tell you that this is not correct. I'm not sure where you are getting this idea from🤷
