Just ordered a Fold 3 after looking at multiple videos on other brands I have had no issues with my Mast Lancer and my Ambition Torp just looking to add a adjustable machine to my equipment

Yes i will try and show it in a video. But there is not much to it. I always wrap my machine in a clipcord sleeve. And that will leave me enough room to adjust the stroke

Idk if u switched to pen machines only but mother machines out if italy came out with a great pen liner its the covenant either the 4.5 or 5.5 stroke are great u need to check it out

I've been using the fold 3 for 8 months now but recently it's started choking on the cartridges and not pushing or pulling the needle - to add to it sounds like a coil a machine when it happens and vibrates crazy! Opened it up so far to what I can get into while at the shop I work at but no one can pin point what's wrong 😂 any help would be great if you have any bro 🙏

I think since you have the vipera the fold 3 will probably compliment the other better. Its a bit softer and smoother where the vipera is a bit harder and robust. If you order a dragonhawk machine make sure to use the link in the discription🙏

Deberías de tirar una línea con una máquina y luego con la siguiente, ir intercambiando máquinas en cada línea o sombreado. Podría ser causa de la inestabilidad de la máquina que tuvieses la mano aún fría?
I dont think thats the case. I dont really need to warm up my hand before i start tattooing. It is also hard with practice skin, you cant really stretch it and this kind is pretty hard
Actually my colleagues are using these two machines at the moment😅 but from what i remembered with the mars u i have i would go with the fold 3. Its a bit cheaper than the mars u, comes with 2 batteries and they work about the same

Well, its a pretty complicated story. I think these machines are worth their money and some 800+ machines are made in china…. So i can only say from my perspective. And i have used cheap to very expensive machines. I feel the chinese market is getting stronger and the other markets are getting more expensive. Ofcourse you can argue the quality of matterials. But then i heard people complain about these machines breaking down early as much as i heard people having an expensive machine to break down. I think it important to buy a machine from a seller that have a good warranty policy in case something does happen to the machine. I hope that kinda helped
@@Tattoobart147 getting a warranted tattoo pen is good but what’s more challenging is using a broken tattoo pen on a client which may cause a bad tattoo that to certain degree may not be fixed anymore
The wobbly lines are a cause of the eccenter disc. When u push the needle down, the eccentric disc start to play around a little bit. I think they can solve the problem just if they would put a mechanic spring in the Machine to stabilize the disc. Im not sure about the system with the eccentric disc but i dont like it realy much.
I personally prefer the fold 3 but they are both great. Just make sure you get them with 2 batteries. And ofcourse you the code tattoobart20 for 20% off plus an extra 2 boxes of cartridges🤘
got a new machine for u to try my friend it the EZ P3 TURBO it's a direct drive adjustable stoke if u get one let me no what u think I just picked one up going to do some work on my daughter in the am let me know what u think of it if u pick one up I respect your opinion my friend
looks about the same the only thing I didn't like about the WOS is hard to put grip tape on such a small grip I used the TURBO today I'm pretty pleased with how it performed
They r similar the only thing i did like about the WOS is hard tonput grip tape on because the grip is so small I used the TURBO this evening and pretty pleased on how it performed lined good and shaded smooth I got it more for the long stoke and lining I have the peak and the fold pro that soft shade pretty well
both of those machines r the exact same machine as the peak solice pro hold them side by side even the grips interchange I bet the fold 3s battery will screw into the peak solice pro I feel like I got ripped off by PEAK
OMG Dude! Do you tattoo on people that slow? Turn that voltage up and pull/push those lines faster! Also, you can't get a good feel for either machine by just doing a few small straight lines and some tiny spots of whip shading. From the looks of it, both of those machines would be suitable for anyone that knows how to use a machine with no give. You just have to adapt your hand speed to the voltage you're working with. I was really hoping for a video on reliability with these machines. This video missed the mark.
I have a like new onky used couple times fold pro I'd sell for cheap.i hate that machine...same with the cw2 cnc blue n silver machine with 2 batteries I'd sell them both cheap.

The Fold 3 is spectacular, it only needs a little thickening because it is very thin.

I might have had the same issue with my ambition mars-u. I know what is wrong but i couldnt fix it🥲 maybe contact dragonhawk and see what they can do

These machines are awesome, I have both of those and find them better than a lot of expensive ones but at the end of the day it's personal preference.

I do prefer direct drive myself. Bit i dont thing the disc will cause wobbly lines.

Which wos do you have? I have the e60 and the griptape fits perfectly. Maybe because the grif if pretty think.
