As well as the dance practices, they are fantastic live. As someone who appreciates Kai, his fancams are famous - Mr Destiny, Morpheus, Kim Kai and three good ones to catch. You might like to watch a performance then the corresponding fancam. Kai's most famous ones are The Eve, Tempo and Love shot (red suit) SM have not been very generous with EXO dance practices, maybe because they are so brilliant live.

Here is some information that might help you to understand the choreography for EXO's "Monster" better. All the pieces of the choreography were designed to help tell a story. So if you know what you are looking for you will see that each move is done for a very specific reason. The X they make to represent EXO is only the beginning of the story in their choreography. Every move of the choreography has been designed to be an extension of their story and it uses elements of their dance to represent several of the members using their powers. For example, D.O. has the power of force/super strength, so during his part in the song and choreography you will see that he waves his hands and the other members are pushed away from him or pulled toward him. When you see Suho in the middle of the group and they have a hold of his arms, he rotates his body around like swirling water because Suho has the power to control water. Xiumin has the power to create snow/ice/frost, so during one part of the choreography you will see that each of the members pause as if frozen as he moves in front of them. Sehun has the power to control wind, so during his parts, you will see the other members shuffle around him as if they are creating a windstorm. And the part where they are sitting on the ground is supposed to represent a sundial -- EXO gets their power from the eclipse and their powers are affected by planetary and solar phenomenon, so the sundial is meant to represent the passing of time and their connection to the sun. Also, fun fact: At the end when they say "creepin', creepin', creeping," the dance move they are doing is called The Creep, from the iconic 1990s American girl group TLC, which was created for TLC's song "Creep." So the choreographer added this dance move as a nod to a famous dance move from the '90s.
i would recommend ohh la la la..bcoz its quite different in music style in their typical performance..other than that, the eve, obsession and electric kiss..btw chen and kai are going to london to perform on the 9th n 10th

Exo holding Suho is not just a help. See when you are watching Exo, you have to remember, they are not just dancer but singer and storytellers, they have a very detailed storyline and members are characters, so Exo try to tell story in everything, even when they are dancing, their choreography include their powers( exo are alien with superpower) and roles in their storyline.Like if a member is controlled by other or the member is spy on them ( it’s complicated story)
As a dancer in K-pop i think the must see is shinee and their maknae taemin who is know as the best dancer since 3 generation now. They have made so much trends that dancer do now. I recommend taemin solos and shinee don't call me
the concert version is always better than the mv dance and dance practice version.. you should react in their concert too... you will be amazed how they dance and hit the song at the same time..
