I think it's more like k netizens, after Yeri joined RV mass ppl hated that, so SM had to change their plans abt adding other trainees to RV? And they've to make RV stable famous? So they stopped debuting ngg until RV wouldn't get bigger like gg exo etc. I believe for it. And mb 2nd reason why SM haven't debut ngg until now cuz SM haven't created any idea for concept of Ngg? Also SM rookies itself quite famous like SM idols, on SM sites has page abt SM rookies, its where ppl know abt them. I believe they supposed to debut after NCT and as rumoured they'd be GG version of NCT or to had kinda similar concepts. But I'm not sure, anyway smth went wrong probably n as girl trainees hadn't debut for long time, for example, some of them traineed for 10 years but not debuted, so most of them left SM.

@@leavemealone322 well everyone have their own taste so i can't just shove down my opinion onto you, but her voice is versatile in which can sound very cute and high pitched (propably coincidentally her type of voice that i assume you always encounter), then very soothing and dreamy (you can go look for a song called dear diary... well if you will, a collab of her with a musician named babylon too), and it could be deep if you listen to rv's discography (she's also in charge of the lower register in the group and i recommend a song titled so good by rv she did a vocal run in that song). SM is known for their vocalists' ability, she passed the saturday audition, the hardest SM audition when she was in elementary shows that she have a potential and they saw it. And also if you have a twitter account maybe you can search for maxxsong (bad boy co-producer) interview about Red Velvet. I wouldn't say people including me that know nothing about singing nor vocal color and whatnot could make a conclusion, but i think i can say that those vocal trainers at SM ent who trained her know much better. Your friends are now a worldwide known kpop group while you and your team is unknown. Lami and koeun trained for 7 & 9 years. Now Everytime i remember about MMC i just wish i never knew this. Its heartbreaking. I mean look at all of them. They would have been so great. Talented, great vocals, dancing and ofcourse visuals.

SM should have debuted them in 2019 as cute girl group with Lami, Koeun, Herin and possibly other trainees. Already cute girl groups are hard to find nowadays and twice, gfriend, lovelyz all have changed to more mature concepts. Aespa would have debuted in 2020 as they did and there won't be any competition because both girl groups will be very different.

Aespa's concept is literally expensive it's difficult to have many members + SM is viscous but very practical they choose to debut trainees who is a multi-talent
they had to keep changing the concept and lineup. preparations for debut were in action in 2018, 2019 but fell through and finally debuted with aespa’s concept in 2020
Their main focus is nct. And aespa concept is so expensive. Maybe a reason why they take a long time to debut new gg. But mostly sm doesn't care about their ggs. Even fx & rv have a biggest gap

Sorry first, euhm but i want to give my opinion here as SM Stan and kpop fans, since i've been a mulfan and stan some group before they debut. I don't think SM wasted them. As a trainee being a KStar is much harder than what people think. Its not easy. I also know how they are struggling waiting for their debut. But if you ever following a Kgroup since a trainee, you probably know that they also have week evaluation. For a big Company like SM, the standard to debuting g/bgroup not only the awesome visual, the great vocal, also the powerfull dance. Maybe they are in SMrookies, but at the same time, maybe the hidden trainee is much better than them (?) No one knows. Look at johny, he used to debut with exo first, but he didn't make it and he is waiting for 9 years to debut with nct 127. Irene? Her debut when shes 25 years. And Yeri? Like what im saying, they have week evaluation. She probably ranked 1 among the girls trainee, and since SM has their main concept to adding more members into the group, they put yeri to RV, which just start their debut not long ago. Afterall, its about patient. The rumored that they leave because they are not in line up debut could be true. But SM could be adding them after the debut group finish the promotion, and comeback with more members? I know i take it to serious, but it's exhausting to see people keep blaming SM because they are not debut *sorry im not good at english, but i hope you guys can understan and try to support the SMNGG and the former rookies in their own path.*

I really want to see them debut together mostly koeun and lami. Well i think aespa debut line member is already perfect for their concept and i dont know how sm choose lineup member. One of the reason why i support aespa is because karina and winter is trainee in sm for around 4 year the same as ningning that means they already there when smrookie start. I dont know how sm choose smrg member. But if winter and karina include as smrg maybe aespa antis wont be as much as now. And for giselle i understand why sm choose her despite her short period as trainee. She have many expierence and i think she's the best rapper sm has right now. Yup.... I mean if you look at it in diff. Point of view Sm trained them well , and now they are well equipped just look at sm ex trainees they are either Main vocals ,lead vocals ,visuals main dancers ,lead dancers
I disagree. yes, the girls got top-notch quality training but sm did waste their time. these girls sacrificed their childhoods for a dream that failed to come true at the end. yes, they can use their knowledge that they received from sm in other areas of the industry but sm did waste them.

I really want to see them debut together mostly koeun and lami. Well i think aespa debut line member is already perfect for their concept and i dont know how sm choose lineup member. One of the reason why i support aespa is because karina and winter is trainee in sm for around 4 year the same as ningning that means they already there when smrookie start. I dont know how sm choose smrg member. But if winter and karina include as smrg maybe aespa antis wont be as much as now. And for giselle i understand why sm choose her despite her short period as trainee. She have many expierence and i think she's the best rapper sm has right now.
