the mission is "to serve our customers" then why does the Loop Connect Software and Hardware still not work properly??? it/s been YEARS at this point, is it ever going to be fixed?
Even Lian Li and Corsair are having trouble with their similar software systems. Asus's Armoury Crate is even clunky as all heck. Making an app of this sort is very hard and no one seems to be able to do it well outside of the open source projects like OpenRGB and Fan Control.

I had the same, I wanted to give them a chance again, but my order was stuck in limbo for almost 6 weeks, and took another 3 weeks to cancel and get a refund. Horrible expierence.
Of course he is, Eddie is just an engineer at heart, not a business guy. It was only because he started EK that he's CEO. It's the other 3 that flushed everything down the tubes. Hopefully Eddie makes better and more forceful decisions moving forward

Im sure he personally had to sign off on most of these larger issues because I'm not sure how someone sneakily makes a 20k sim rig with out you catching on to the large budget drain when your head of the R&D department.

For high end loops, we changed to Aqua Computer, we sell the blank copper radiators at a pace. Or the normal black ones. Both 6cm thick. And with a push-pull fan configuration. The only thing that we (maybe) buy from you, are the fittings, but we have to decide that in our group of workers. We have a very transparent company, and you should too.
I hope the quality of your designs don't get worse as a result of losing your top talent. I'm cautious right now and will wait to see what your new products look like (eg rtx 5090 block). I have used EK exclusively now for a decade and look forward to continue doing business with you

I've made many purchases from EK, and never a major issue. Support was great! I would continue to buy fittings as I think they are the best around but they'll have to work to earn back trust with other products. I'll probably go with Watercool for a while.

Okay we will see how serious you really are. I was won a of the buyers of the limited edition debuer 1700 gold plates limited 300 only water blocks that later were found to be defective. At the time I reached out and you guys did. Nothing, if when I reached out you guys do nothing I will know this is just words and not a real commitment to fixing issues that financially hurt customers. The product is still sealed never opened however by the time I got it there was spread news that the product was defective and that it would cook lag 1700 CPU’s. At the time you guys refused to do anything let’s see if you mean what you say.

Ignoring my requests for you to fix a pre built that has been sent to you several times for the same issue for four months after I was told that a manager would handle my case only to finally get a response to be told that my warranty was now expired and there was nothing that could be done is not moving forward, its showing me that the thousands I spent with you was wasted. I will never buy another product you make nor will I purchase anything that contains a product you touched. You cant even stand behind your own products let alone your staff.
Your Customer support is lacking lately, and supplies are diminishing. I still buy your products as many of your competitors just dont match up. I tried them and they just dont perform.

Loop Connect has been EOL for years, they found it to hard and refunded anyone that asked back when they had money to do that.
