Better than Dimash is Dimash himself. 😉😁 Who can compare with his 6 octaves and his alien technique? Thank you Dimash for bringing back the music to live. ❤ It's not only his range. The most crazy thing is what he can do with it. His control and his stage presence. He sings with his hands and eyes. His whole body is music.
Dimash is one of those especially talented and motivated people who think "I've mastered opera, what's next?". So it's on to pop, then RnB, then traditional Kazakh folk then rock etc. Because he can do all these different tones and styles, he tries to figure out how much he can put into a single song because it would be too easy if the whole song was in a single style, right? Then he scouts around for great songs and when he finds ones he likes he doesn't do translations, he has to do them in the original language (12 so far). And what if the song as written in "only" 2 octaves, shouldn't he add in an extra octave or two? What he wants to do would be considered either insane or impossible (or both) but he is Dimash and somehow it makes sense. More than make sense, it is almost always spectacular. But I don't think we'll get too many that imitate him because the training and dedication and talent required to do what he does is so high.

He is only around 15 or 16 in some of these clips 💖 and it wasn't auto tune but because people kept saying it was he rarely if ever does those runs now 😥 he is perfect, the best singer in the world, probably the whole universe. No one can compare with Dimash, he is a phenomenon 💖 when he was 5 his teacher noticed he had perfect or absolute pitch, also he complained that the piano was out of tune, at 5 🤪

Hey, Justin, I've been a Dimash fan for almost two years, but I don't like these videos showing only his range. I think his singing is an experience, taking you to deepest places of your soul. There's so much depth in his performances, and I think he is bringing a new revolution in music (which is very much needed now, imho). Like your reactions, keep them coming😁
He can make the tone of his voice look like autotune. It is not difficult for a singer of such a level and with such amazing skills and complete control of his voice.
People has tried I knew it the first time I heard him open his mouth he blue my socks off. When I heard him sing I knew I was listening to something that does not exist. Dimash is in a class by Himself. I am so happy to have known him and see him perform. I felt like I was a scientist and discovered a new planet. People around the world need to know who he is. And if there's anyone out there that done like his music then they are idiots and don't know anything about music. He is the king of all Kings on this planet and I knew it the first time I heard him.

Yes! Dimash is the #1 singer on the planet! Nobody can compare to Dimash because he is the whole package! His showmanship, his range, his technique, etc. is so far ahead of anyone right now. The only one that comes to mind is Freddie Mercury, but Freddie's not as clean when performing live. He's still #1 for showmanship but Dimash is catching up fast. The other singer is Morten Harket of A-ha. His stage presence is not as strong but his range is pretty wide and he's got some really good songs under his belt.
Dude, I'm sorry, but i just went to listen to Morten Harket "best" vocals, and since I really like A-ha, I'll just comment that: No, not even close to even deserve a comparison to Dimash. He's cool and all, but as a performer, volcalist and just about everything else, he just does not even touch Dimash's little toe.

Dimash is quite honestly in a class of his own. He incorporates influences from so many genres/styles and cultures that he is impossible to categorise. He transcends traditional musical norms. His level of professionalism and dedication to his art is incredible. It's easy to forget that he's still only 25, the same age as Justin Beiber, yet displays a sophistication and level of polished performance that is rare in one so young. He has superb confidence charisma and charm yet remains humble and never appears arrogant or insincere. He really is a unique unrivalled talent. If anyone had suggested 20 years ago that a kid from Khazakstan would be an international mega star conquering the world without selling a single CD in America or the UK- the leading pop music markets, it would've been impossible to imagine. The world has changed dramatically over 2 short decades. Music has changed- the rise of KPOP and breaking into US/UK/Europe & all Asian markets is a 21st century phenomenon. That these artists are taken seriously in the US & UK is a significant shift in attitudes. I firmly believe that Dimash is something new, a truly multi talented truly international artist like no one before him. He has the potential to become one of the biggest stars of the 21st century. It's as if the vision of a multi cultural future as seen in the movie Bladerunner was becoming reality.
Dear Moutton Noir, I agree with every word you write. Dimash is the pathfinder of something very much new. I particularly like to emphasise his personality, humility, kindness, sincerity and all what is good in us humans. He doesn't seek his own glory, he rather wishes to portray the humility, love, beauty, truth and goodness of God. (As he himself said in one of the interviews with him.)

You 're absolutely right, Justin - there 's no singer in the world who can be compared to Dimash. To have a voice range of more than 6 (!) octaves, from the top bass to whistle register countertenor and female soprano, to sing in all musical styles from rap to classical with full control of not only the highest and lowest notes, but also the ultra-fast and smooth transition between ranges - this today can only Dimash. He show all singers that there is no limit to improving their voice and incredible results can be achieved. That is the particular value of his unique gift to the world...

I can't pick one person that has all the qualities of Dimash. All the things you said about him is 100% on. But I would have to put 6 to 8 people in one body. I've always loved all music and have listened to songs from the 1920's until now. I've heard great. Wonderful artists that at the time I couldn't imagine anyone better. Then came Dimash. This man sings many different languages but it does not matter I don't understand what he's singing. His voice his body language his facial expression but most of all his Passion. Raw true passion. No acting it's amazing the way he can tell a story and because of his passion and love for what he's singing I feel what he's saying. His voice captivates me and I go on a roller coaster of emotions. I cry almost every time he sings. He's a musical wonder. I listen to him at least once a day and it brings me calm in a hectic world. This may sound corny but I'm going to say it anyways, I feel very lucky to have been born and have lived in the time of this amazing person. The only other time I wished I was alive in was more than 2,000 years ago. To live and walk and hear our Lord and savior alive in the flesh. But he dwells inside my soul. So other then God, or his son. Who I speak and pray to every day. He has blessed us a talent only we can dream of having or even a quarter of his talent. And before I get lit up. I am in no way comparing Damash to Jesus or God in any way. If I had to pick only one to spend a hour with talking! without hesitation! It would be my Redeemer Jesus. But the last five minutes I would thank him for giving us as close to a Angel we can get.
There are some singers with a wide range (e.g. Adam Lopez, Nicholas Sedda, Piet Arion) but without the versatility and excellence in every register and every style like Dimash. He is without peer at this point. That said, Dimash is a admirer of Pavarotti and Michael Jackson and happily says that range is only part of what makes a great performance.
You said that u'd like to know how he nails the notes pitch perfect every single time, well along with his incredible unmatchable vocal control, he's got a perfect musical ear since he was a little child. He could produce the same notes that his teacher showed his in the piano and he even knew that a piano was once out of tune and all of that at the age of 5

It requires lot of precision to do those runs. He does some runs here n there in Sinful passion, bastau diva dance etc.

He can make the tone of his voice look like autotune. It is not difficult for a singer of such a level and with such amazing skills and complete control of his voice.
People has tried I knew it the first time I heard him open his mouth he blue my socks off. When I heard him sing I knew I was listening to something that does not exist. Dimash is in a class by Himself. I am so happy to have known him and see him perform. I felt like I was a scientist and discovered a new planet. People around the world need to know who he is. And if there's anyone out there that done like his music then they are idiots and don't know anything about music. He is the king of all Kings on this planet and I knew it the first time I heard him.

Yes! Dimash is the #1 singer on the planet! Nobody can compare to Dimash because he is the whole package! His showmanship, his range, his technique, etc. is so far ahead of anyone right now. The only one that comes to mind is Freddie Mercury, but Freddie's not as clean when performing live. He's still #1 for showmanship but Dimash is catching up fast. The other singer is Morten Harket of A-ha. His stage presence is not as strong but his range is pretty wide and he's got some really good songs under his belt.

Dimash is quite honestly in a class of his own. He incorporates influences from so many genres/styles and cultures that he is impossible to categorise. He transcends traditional musical norms. His level of professionalism and dedication to his art is incredible. It's easy to forget that he's still only 25, the same age as Justin Beiber, yet displays a sophistication and level of polished performance that is rare in one so young. He has superb confidence charisma and charm yet remains humble and never appears arrogant or insincere. He really is a unique unrivalled talent. If anyone had suggested 20 years ago that a kid from Khazakstan would be an international mega star conquering the world without selling a single CD in America or the UK- the leading pop music markets, it would've been impossible to imagine. The world has changed dramatically over 2 short decades. Music has changed- the rise of KPOP and breaking into US/UK/Europe & all Asian markets is a 21st century phenomenon. That these artists are taken seriously in the US & UK is a significant shift in attitudes. I firmly believe that Dimash is something new, a truly multi talented truly international artist like no one before him. He has the potential to become one of the biggest stars of the 21st century. It's as if the vision of a multi cultural future as seen in the movie Bladerunner was becoming reality.

Dear Moutton Noir, I agree with every word you write. Dimash is the pathfinder of something very much new. I particularly like to emphasise his personality, humility, kindness, sincerity and all what is good in us humans. He doesn't seek his own glory, he rather wishes to portray the humility, love, beauty, truth and goodness of God. (As he himself said in one of the interviews with him.)

I can't pick one person that has all the qualities of Dimash. All the things you said about him is 100% on. But I would have to put 6 to 8 people in one body. I've always loved all music and have listened to songs from the 1920's until now. I've heard great. Wonderful artists that at the time I couldn't imagine anyone better. Then came Dimash. This man sings many different languages but it does not matter I don't understand what he's singing. His voice his body language his facial expression but most of all his Passion. Raw true passion. No acting it's amazing the way he can tell a story and because of his passion and love for what he's singing I feel what he's saying. His voice captivates me and I go on a roller coaster of emotions. I cry almost every time he sings. He's a musical wonder. I listen to him at least once a day and it brings me calm in a hectic world. This may sound corny but I'm going to say it anyways, I feel very lucky to have been born and have lived in the time of this amazing person. The only other time I wished I was alive in was more than 2,000 years ago. To live and walk and hear our Lord and savior alive in the flesh. But he dwells inside my soul. So other then God, or his son. Who I speak and pray to every day. He has blessed us a talent only we can dream of having or even a quarter of his talent. And before I get lit up. I am in no way comparing Damash to Jesus or God in any way. If I had to pick only one to spend a hour with talking! without hesitation! It would be my Redeemer Jesus. But the last five minutes I would thank him for giving us as close to a Angel we can get.

He is without peer at this point. That said, Dimash is a admirer of Pavarotti and Michael Jackson and happily says that range is only part of what makes a great performance.
