TO hear you talk about Cebu Pacific.. I was flying out of Cebu with Cebu Pacific made me late for my International airline. By 12 hours.. All they could do was hand me paperwork that basically said that we do not guarantee that we will get you on time . Korean airlines where the 1 that help me out.. to get on my international flights..
