Hi Mr Sing Sing, really enjoyed this recipe. I always have problem choosing the right mung bean threads in USA (too mushy, even i didn't overcook). Do you have any suggestion in the brands of mung bean threads? I can understand and read chinese, not good in writing. Sorry about it!
