    Admirable historical video of Lord Nelson HMS Victory 🙌👏👏
    Immediately after the Battle of Trafalgar , off Cape Trafalgar on the 23rd of October 1805 . HMS Victory was heavily damaged and brought to Gibraltar and anchored at Rosia carrying on board the body of Lord Nelson. He was brought on land were his body was put in a barrel and filled up with rum . HMS Victory was provisionally repaired by local Carpenters / Ship Wright's in the Bay of Gibraltar to make the journey Back to the UK .
    On the 24th of October 1805 . On the following day after the Battle , the Gibraltar Chronicle became the first newspaper in the World to print the story of the Victory at Trafalgar when it published Collingwood's dispatch .
    ( By the way , the narrator of this video made a reference to the " MAYFLOWER ." In fact , the Mayflower was sailed across the Atlantic by Christopher Jones in 1620 ).
