The first roti was the best, looked mouthwateringly good! I enjoy seeing all of the areas that we visit in these videos as I’ve only ever been to South Trinidad twice in my life and have never been past downtown San Fernando. Edit: I don’t like fried food served in those styrofoam containers because I find they sweat the food which then loses crispiness so I prefer the paper box.

Definitely south is the place for roti on a budget and I believe there are spots for other dishes as well, it’s just to find them
