I know this is a mega old comment, I’ve just been on a nostalgia hit recently and I think I can confidently say that’s still my favourite note in their entire discography
For the longest time I was on the fence with this band.... My brother turned me on to them about 5 years ago, and I immediately loved the Love Me single and music video. But everything else just felt too....idk, emo? for my taste. But then....I watched this concert, in it's entirety. And I was SOLD. Solid creative catchy weird band. I love damn near everything they've released...and even the songs I'm not super keen on, I feel like I appreciate and understand them much better now. One of the most interesting bands around today... I love artists who fully embrace catchy mainstream POP music....while also being legitimately creative left-field weirdos. And this band, and Matty in particular, exemplify that path.
