I first got this as a present and wasn’t sure about it at first but now I love it. It smells so sweet but masculine.
I just got it recently. I like it. Great mix of sweet and spicy. Gives holiday vibes. I would wear it from Thanksgiving to maybe early Jan

It’s a great scent in isolation but 4th best in the line for me after Extreme, OG and Nightvision EDP
Agreed, my second fav now. Got a 5oz bottle for next to nothing at Nord Rack. Waiting for the Infrared EDP now!

I don’t have spicebomb so as an alternative I sprinkle myself with Paprika and Cinnamon every morning
My 2nd fav too. Very interesting corollary with Burberry's London. Definitely has that Christmas-esque sparkly spice to it. Now I'm legit thinking of layering them. 😄 London Spice. Pour Homme.
I fell in love with it at first sniff (if that makes any sense) purchased it at full retail price but had to ask for a refund / change because of the lack of performance. I don't know if it was an issue of that particular bottle or if it was a problem between de fragrance and my skin. BTW I traded it for the night vision Flanker EDP which smell and performs heavenly 🙌
Thanks for your in depth input, I only have the original and the extreme version (visible in my roast/review mail ;)). I actually love the original the most, but it's too weak in terms of performance, at least the batch that I got.
I love this one, so does the wife. We both wear it a lot in the cold. Agree- SBE is my #1, with this in close 2nd. I do love SB Eau Fraiche that you mentioned; I bought a backup bottle of that when I heard it got axed b/c I wear it quite a bit in spring/summer. I do love that one!

Newer to the fragrance game but I must say, I absolutely love Infrared! Got the full size 90ml at my local Nordstrom rack for $62. My girlfriend loves the way it smells. Looking to try extreme next. Think I may have to go back and get a backup bottle of this one in the meantime. Can’t wait to try the edp, still looking for it. Any idea when it will be readily available?

Ash, you had a video on Jacques Fath's Le Loden last year, but I would love to hear your thoughts on the rest of the Jacques Fath collection. The samples have always been cheap but they are especially cheap now since the Euro just keeps dropping in value, you can easily pick up the sample set!
In general I don't really dig Spicebomb. I don't HATE it, but it's just not for me. Infrared, however, blew my head off. It's INSANELY perfect for winter. When I first heard of a fragrance called Spicebomb, that's what I expected it to smell like. And the way the tobacco and fruits balance out the spice is perfection
I guess this is the aggressive yet sweet cologne I am looking for, never owned a V and R cologne but I always wanted SB Extreme.
EDT projection is weak but it performed well lasted on my clothes a couple of days. I might give this a shot
When V&R put out an Infrared Extreme/Intense/EDP I’ll pay attention

I have always thought it was goofy that the spice bomb line is really more of a sweet bomb line, but it's not a bad line

It took me awhile but I sprayed my sample once more and figured out it smells like sauna, the heated balsamic cedarwood and the blazing smell in the air. Which makes sense with the advert where the guy chills in a sauna.

This one is definitely a stronger EDT than the original it last pretty long compared to original EDT

It's the only spice bomb I have as of right now - I really like the original as well, but I don't know it buying the original one wouldn't be reductive...

Any news about EDP version of Infrared? I do like EDT but still didn't pull the trigger.
You should consider looking into the old Diesel Zero Plus Masculine, it's a cheap alternative, somewhat similar but much more cinnamon heavy, fruity and sweet compared to Infrared. It has rose instead of pink peppers in the notes, but it's more potent and last longer - it's an actual cinnamon "bomb" :D You'll probably either hate or love it, it's that kind of fragrance because of how sweet/fruity it is :)
@@millerman7799 sorry but diesel smells very synthetic to me, it's definitely not the same quality
@@YouOnlyLiveOnce... You're not wrong about the synthetic part of most Diesel fragrances in general these days. I must admit: My bottle was from a batch that was made over 20 years ago, that one was quite nice and very different from their other stuff, but I don't know if they changed everything, I honestly haven't smelled it since. I like Infrared, but it needs more of the red fruits, punchier cinnamon and better longevity. On my skin the red peppers smell almost like some kind of iris (nice but odd) :D

Spot on! I really dig the red fruits. Not a love for me like the Extreme but overall a big step up from the Night Vision lineup.
You’re nuts. Nightvision EDT/EDP are bangers and big time compliment pullers for me and many say the same thing on fragrantica it just everyone on the Spicebomb Extreme hypetrain and IMO that one is synthetic trash but that’s just me.

Spicebomb Infrared is OK. I've only tried Nightvision EDP and Infrared, and I'd take Nightvision EDP over Infrared. Infrared just doesn't seem to stand out to me that much

Blind bought this last week, sprayed it once and instantly regretted it. Smells like a Christmas candle to me. Also could be because I got a sample of Montale aoud leather and let me tell you that stuff is amazing. Smells leathery for the first 1-2 hours and then after that it smells super sweet and I’m addicted to it. For me I can smell the Montale on myself well over 10 hours as well. Highly recommend it not spice bomb infrared

Beverly hills polo club red is the clone of this .....and it last for 4 hours but is a beast for the first hour

I bought Burberry London, did not like it, made me smell like a Cuban field worker. I think I will skip on this one as well. Tobacco just doesn't do well on my skin.
Those two fragrances really smell nothing alike.

@@pedrozatravel I get it. I took me a while to warm up to London...didn't like it when I first tried it. Infrared was an instant love though. Much sweeter and you really just get sweet and pepper/cinnamon and don't get much raw tobacco.
My wife said I smelled like cinnamon rolls walking in the room.
I bought spicebomb edt and really don't like it. Disappointing, generic scent, I don't think I will pick up another spicebomb!

Out of every Spicebomb release, nothing beats Extreme. Whether in name or in scent style. Extreme is #1 💪🤜
Extreme is pretty good but I prefer original.
There are other tobacco-vanilla frags to do what SBE does and I found Spicebomb more original, and also more masculine.
Original, Infrared and Night Vision EDP beat extreme by a nautical mile.

I don't understand what smelling sweetness is. sweetness receptors are on our tongues. so how come we can smell sweetness? sugar smells like nothing at all.
