    I am grateful for, and love, your videos so much. I noted that this female "physician" seems to be a little cold and dismissive to patients, but this does loyally reflect the reality.     The conversation goes on for 13 minutes and we have an 8 minutes time limit in our exams, what can we do to include this conversation within the 8 minutes time window? Speak faster? Exclude any questions??

      we have 4 minutes time limit in our exams lol

      we do speak faster and try to get as much information as we can in little time

    Does this female doctor ever realise that given her facial and body language with very less empathy makes her seem like a person who's just very robotic and can seem to have a condescending judgemental attitude. As a educational supervisor myself I train my trainees their facial expressions and body language and also their voice intonations

      Nah mate. That's a YOU problem. She's being professional. You can't expect her to start crying with the patient. She's a doctor not an actor.
