I am grateful for, and love, your videos so much. I noted that this female "physician" seems to be a little cold and dismissive to patients, but this does loyally reflect the reality. Thank you again for providing these very educative and helpful real-world-style videos to help students across the globe. God bless you.

The conversation goes on for 13 minutes and we have an 8 minutes time limit in our exams, what can we do to include this conversation within the 8 minutes time window? Speak faster? Exclude any questions??

Does this female doctor ever realise that given her facial and body language with very less empathy makes her seem like a person who's just very robotic and can seem to have a condescending judgemental attitude. As a educational supervisor myself I train my trainees their facial expressions and body language and also their voice intonations

Nah mate. That's a YOU problem. She's being professional. You can't expect her to start crying with the patient. She's a doctor not an actor.
