Somalis build 2 malls in Eastleigh and we can't have our peace about how they own Kenya. Two Rivers, The Hub, Waterfront, Galleria, Juja City and most others are owned by Kikuyus. Who don't even make noise.

@@acrerealestatenews Africans are busy with bringing one another down unfortunately. In the west they all invest at each other economies and bring jobs that way and learn skills from each other . Colonialist made sure when they left Africa that they will be at each other throat because they made sure they overlap borders.
Parts of Somalia are in Northern Kenya example and a large chunk given to Ethiopia , that way they known all three countries will be suspicious of each other and conflict not far away haha
We must find ways to integrate economies so borders matter not as much like in the EU

If City council is getting 30% of it's revenue from Eastleigh, then it has failed it's residents and business people miserably, when it comes to service delivery. As you drive around, you see lot's of trash that's uncollected and other areas need good side walks, plus roads recarpeted.
In developed nations, regions where most revenue comes from are always given high priorities and never neglected.

I noticed people saying Mall of Africa is the biggest shoppingnmall in SA. Not even close. It does not even crack the top 5. Fourways Mall is the biggest mall in JHB followed closely by Menlyn Mall in PTA and I think 3rd is a mall in Durban called Gateway and fourth is Canal Walk in CPT and fifth is Sandton City. Mall of Africa is the biggest shopping Mall in SA to be built in a single phase. Keep that in mind

BBS is a huge mall yes but it's not even the biggest in Kenya. Perhaps the third biggest in Kenya after Two Rivers and Garden City

I could bet there are bigger malls in South Africa, Tunisia, Egypt and a few other countries. Beside there many parameters that qualify a malls as big.
