    Ok loved the video…I exercise almost daily in summer….and sweat a lot because I walk and jog….i wash my hair every day because I look like I been drenched with a hose pipe 😓😰🥵when finished….any suggestions….i can’t just shower and not wash my hair😜….ty for your patience in putting these videos out👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌺🌸

      Thanks for watching and great question! I exercise a lot too and there’s a few things I find work for me.
      Using a dry shampoo before you workout will help absorb the oils and sweat as you workout… it’s being preventative instead of reactive. You can always reapply after you workout as well.
      I only wash my hair once or twice a week but I use a blow dryer every morning. I find this helps with oil and makes my hair look fresh again.
      Also, limit the amount of product you use. I use a leave in treatment with heat protectant when I wash my hair and then just a light mist of hairspray each time I style.
