Just bought my first watch: 2017 tag aquarace. Going to wear and enjoy it for a month or so before selling it on ebay. since Im in japan, Id like to get into buy JDM watches. whats the demand for jdm watches in the west?

Hi Samir. Thanks for the message. It’s just to make sure the paperwork and watch serial numbers match. Sometimes there could be an accidental or deliberate mix up of papers). A Kia match is of course not good as it potentially devalues what you have. Also if you want to check the watch with the Watch Register (lost or stolen) for example with older Rolex it’s nice not to have to remove the bracelet to see the serial number and you have peace of mind that the serial number in the paperwork is a correct match.
