This first chapter/proof of concept boldly introduces the world of Circle of Ninja, a tale of ninja vengeance.

Concept Film Synopsis
After a series of attacks on his drug supply chains, he sends an elite tactical team led by captain Dale Hammond to capture the unknown perpetrators.
What Hiroshi will soon discover is that his tainted past has finally caught up with him, ancient memories will be resurfaced and vengeance will be undertaken….for revenge comes in many forms.

Feature Film Synopsis
Hisashi seems like the typical mixed race SWAT officer, tasked with doing his part against the war on crime. What his comrades don't know is that he was in line to lead a secret clan of ninja, banished by his father after failing to pass his tests.
After an anonymous tip leads his team to seize the biggest shipment of drugs yet, he realises it all links to Hiroshi, a former clan rivalry turned rouge.
Victory is short lived when HQ is raided, drugs stolen back and a mysterious calling card left - that Hisashi knows are from his former clan. His accounts are flush with cash and setup to take the fall.
Needing to clear his name, he must confront his father and the clan, unravelling the mysterious nature of the Giri that connects them to the criminals he faces. Only by becoming a ninja again, can he decide how to deal with the corruption that exists in both worlds- ultimately deciding if he's a ninja or a cop.

Hey everyone. We are tossing up whether our audience wants to see a full feature film.
Making a movie is quite expensive, and we've realised the only route that will give us the creative freedom we need is crowd funding.
Thus, we are thinking of launching a kickstarter campaign. If iur worldwide fans want to see a circle of ninja feature film, we will make it.
After going through our new script and hearing your feedback on the short, we need a target of 500k AUD to see the film realised. Here's a few points:
1. Ninja vs ninja action
2. Pro script written by chad law and joshua james
3. Deep character arcs
4. Innovative and stellar fight sequences
5. The return of taki abe playing hiroshi
We know with this budget we can get stellar actors, and amazing equipment together. The short was self funded and shot on DSLR, so you can imagine what we can accomplish together.
Comment below if you would back this film, with enough demand we will get it made.
On fight scenes, if you could move the camera back a bit so we can see the fights more clearly.
On the other hand, I've watched a lot of Hong Kong made ninjas back in the 70's, 80's and early 90's, but never seen ninja put their blade behind their back without the sheath.

Bit of feedback not given in the survey: fighting in on coming traffic is cool, fights were clear and well lit. Jumping over rooftops was cool. would like to see more of that.
The armor they wear, though it gives an in-world reason for the fighters to sustain so many hits, kind of takes away the intensity of said hits.
Slow-mo kind of breaks the rhythm of fights. Movies like The Raid have shown us the benefit of keeping the action constant and grounded without Slow-mo. Acting and script also needs allot of work. Looking forward to the finished product none- the less.

This shits dope bro, I really feel that "The Raid" vibe here. The only thing I can think you can improve on is the cheesy acting and some awkward shots, but for the most part I enjoyed watching your shot film.

No one can outrun bullets, not even a Ninja.
Not outrun, but Ninja can move body in such a way that makes the gunman aim at wrong spot as Ninja move again, therefore outrunning opponents gun-arm movement. In short - Ninja can Be wherever bullet is NOT. :)

We have a full feature script that centers around the Japanese tradition of Giri, our main protagonist will be half white/Japanese and forced to choose between the old and new.

I grew up in Japan, got Japanese relatives and friends. "Shinobi" is some "Naruto" shit, the correct term is "Shinobi no mono" and they use "Ninja" as well. Even the Kanji sign for "Ninjutsu" says "Nin" in the 1st part. I can also connect you with some Japanese experts, if you want. :)

The fight choreography is excellent, but maybe you could offer closed captions? It was sort of hard to hear some of the conversations, and the order the story events were presented in the first half was a tad confusing.
