1. i am trying to come US for study and then i'll be there for more 3 years for work.
2. in that 3 years my H1b will be filed by my company and if i get selected i can work for 3 years more.
3. after completion of 6 years if work does my employer has only one option of applying green card for me or he can again apply for my H1b visa so i can work for some more years there?

1)if you want to marry your us citizen boyfriend then do you need to wait 2 years to get the k1visa to move to America and marry him and then the gc???? Because i heard you need to get the k1 visa,move to usa and marry him within 90days and then wait upto 2 years to get the gc?? Please please clarify.
2)Also what happens when your greencard expires after 10year? Do you have to extend it??
3)do some h1b visa holders get their greencard faster/before than others even if those others filed for gc before them??? How does that happen,by luck or in some other way?
