Thank you, John, for sharing your experience and expertise. I never rebuilt a small engine before (or any engine for that matter) and there is an abandoned Yamaha moped in my back yard that is in need of a lot of attention. Thanks to your videos I have enough confidence to try to tackle the job. And of course Partzilla will be the parts source. Thanks again!

Honestly love these videos and yalls website! As a small channel and a DIY mechanic, I hype up your website for the parts and diagrams, and learn a lot from these videos! Thank you all!

Man you make drilling out the stud for the timesert look easy... :) I suppose its better on a bench, my usual is at night crouching on a gravel driveway in front of the bike 🤣

When you mention another video it would be great if you provided links in the description to those exact videos you mention.

Which video are you looking for? We have links to the teardown, bottom end rebuild, and the Time Sert vs. Helicoil video in the description, and a link to the Raptor 700 top end build including the lapping process in the video itself. Did we miss one?
We'll put the lapping video in the desc as well.

When would you replace valve guides and how would you measure if they need replaced or not?

How about assembly lube for the guides instead of oil?

Do I need to lap the valves on 2021 goldwing if I bought a new head and valves from honda?

Even brand new valves can have minor imperfections that prevent you from getting a good seal. Always a good idea.

Hey, so what with you guys not shipping my parts after nearly 3 weeks, then never getting back to me when I message you guys ask what the delay is about.

They banned me from purchasing when they did the same thing with me. No reply’s so I contacted the bank for a refund then they decided to get in touch. What ever, I still find their site useful.
