Honestly I did a speedrun from this game, and by far it is one of the most hardest and frustrating games to speedrun. I spent 30 minutes alone trying to get into the label and by pure luck somehow I did. Maybe play Under Developement if you like game developement, its a game about developing video games made by Mat. For this game tho I can say that I think if even performing is higher, but additude is lower your movie gonna suck. Have that balanced. If you want to be a character that only writes and wants to be a director, max out writing and directing - maybe this will make your star rating going up higher. And there's awards in the game like Oscar's but they are super hard to get.
Gotta rotate staff and time when your goin use resources so your not going into debt. Hire 5 writers for 5 weeks to make 2 scripts then same with actors when it's time to shoot and edit videos
