You should see what I ended up doing to mine. I liked the feel of the main part of the case, but I don't use the wallet part and no magnets, so it flaps around and no way to use it as a kickstand, unless on a table or other flat surface, so I butchered mine. Fortunately, I got mine with the credits I got as part of the preorder. If they made it hold close magnetically and had it so it could prop up, I'd have been likely to keep it together. I probably would have been better off going for the regular leather or silicone case, but those were out of stock, by the time I got Samsung's website to work and let me place my order. I've got other cases from other companies, fortunately. Glad you showed using power sharing and talked about the issues.

Another great review Brian, I've had this case for a few different phones in the past, I do like it but I agree with Michael in that it lacks magnetic closure and if you're using Samsung/Google pay you'll likely not need the card slot. For this type of case, it's probably about the best out there. I personally like the official s pen case from Samsung. Spigen makes great cases too, and Otterbox is still up there when it comes to protection.

I've been waiting for somebody to ask that! The answer is yes and no. So it fits, and fits totally fine. But, and it's a big but, the power and volume rockers don't work right. Not just for this case, but with any case I've tried going between the s23u and s24u. They get forced down on, and it makes them basically unusable.
After using this case, I have an anecdotal opinion; it's garbage. One card space isn't enough, no magnet to hold the flap closed is annoying, and it's way overpriced for what it is (I received mine free as part of the promo, and will likely just end up using it for target practice).
It's more of a designer case, I don't think it's a good choice for everyday use though. My favorite of the 5 or 6 I've tried so far is the one from Casebourne I did a review on a couple weeks back. It's the first case I've owned where every person in my family loves it. Not because of the looks, but because of how it feels. Thanks for stopping by.
Hmm, that's interesting, I'm sorry to hear that. i know there's a little tiny magnet up top that the phone recognizes, that's how it know when it enable the s view window. Perhaps that magnet moved a little bit or has somehow fallen out. That's about all I can think of.
It's not my favorite color, that's for sure. It was basically the option when I pre-ordered. I do like the Navy color on the device though, it's much darker.
No magnet closure if phone falls the flap may open and you can suffer damage to the screen - if you take a photo with the front flap to the back the wide angle lens is obstructed - overall badly engineered especially for the price - its a solid 👎
