Yours welcome, I don’t however add any preservatives to my cakes except for the mild one being baking powder …. I make cakes fresh and preserve properly in the freezer till needed
I don’t use it cos it alters the actual aroma of the cake and makes it taste “off”…. I have other type of ingredients like long shelf life milk that I add in my recipes to aid the shelf life
I pour in a bottle with lid and freeze , bring it out hours before next use to thaw and come back to room temperature or just use to cook a coconut based meal subsequently

Most welcome; it’s soft sweetened coconut flakes in the batter , then regular toasted coconut sprinkled on top
