I'm not gonna lie, that self sabotage is exactly what I'm working through. Ironically, my therapist and I have talked about some of the things you mentioned already in the beginning of this video.
This is a really strong aspect of my shadow that I have struggled with. You literally hit the nail on the head with how I keep myself busy.
Omg I am always ready for a fight! I constantly have to battle my thought patterns and my brain even making up scenarios that will never happen.
I have struggled with listening to my intuition, because of so much gaslighting in my life. I was struggling to know what is intuition vs what is my logical mind trying to problem solve.

As a creative, I recently had a period where my outputs and my inspirations failed me, and yeah...I pretty much put up a "BRB shiz ain't okay" on all of my social media and have been taking The Hermit in my life pretty hardcore.
