Great info and articulated well. Ignore Walter’s comment. I don’t know why he would expect you or anyone on TH-cam to have every single ladder especially since not all of them are sold in the large department stores.
Watched your video after grabbing a Keller brand ladder. Red/orange color, rated at 300 lb and was right at $80 from my local Menard's. Basic household usage. Somehow aluminum ladders not so common in an A frame I've noticed. Why? And how is fiberglass ladders stronger than an all metal (aluminum) ladder? Seems like metal would be stronger. Also, any input on the brand Keller? Seen a lot of Werner one's not so many Keller's, but the price for the weight capacity sold me.
I understand your point of view regarding not having pictures of the ladders that were not available. Step ladders in the US are pretty much color-coded. So the color is usually and indicator of the weight rating, unless you buy a "holiday doorbuster". In those instances you need to pay close attention. The ladders that I feature in this video (with the exception of the green one) are the better ladders to purchase. Being able to convey what it feels like to stand on one ladder compared to another one, is hard to describe. Its something that you really need toe experience in person. Not everyone has access to a store where they can try out different ladders at the same time, and many don't even realize that there are any differences at all. It would have been nice to have all the ladders in the video, maybe on another view. However, on a positive note, two of the ladders featured in this video are much harder to find. The yellow ladder is special order. So you are getting to see some options that you will not see on the shelf in the big box stores. Thank you for watching and for providing your feedback.
Great info, key details, and easy to follow tips. Thank you!
Good info for a DIY like me- great info on weight specs which is incredibly important. Thanks

Even a simple tool has gotten overly complicated,
The orange one offers the most durability for the price.
This is kind of ridiculous you're reviewing Ladders that you don't have and not even showing any pictures of them.
"letters"..... now that's ridiculous.
JD Harvey well I guess Siri got that one wrong I hate typing
