Bought my Strada Ion in Feb at Bretz RV in Missoula. We love it. No issues. Totally spoiled not having to deal with a generator. Batteries have performed fantastic. If you can afford it and don't require a lot of off road, this is IT. I've been stopped at gas stations and rest areas by guys who come up and are just amazed at how beautiful it looks. I keep mine super clean and bright.

This is without a doubt an incredible cruiser, but I just don't see the people purchasing these actually spending nights in them. I suspect the first time mom steps out of her $500k to $1 million+ house and into that tiny wet bath will result in a night at the closest high end hotel. Still - one incredible van. Keep showing us. I love to see what's out there.

I just wanted to let u know I saw my first grizzly of the season and 3 caribou today on highway 40 going home to Grande Cache from Hinton Alberta.they call this the scenic route to Alaska. The snows melting and the new grasses are growing on the side of the highway attracting wildlife. There’s still allot of deep snow in the bush.great time to view wildlife.
In terms of styling, there are few American motorhomes (aka RVs) that impress. This, however, does. Whilst it isn't necessarily to my taste, I cannot deny that this is especially well thought through, practical and the attention to detail is exemplary. I would be more than happy to ask Grech RV to create a custom caravan (camper trailer/RV). The very clever use of body styling as a hatch door for access to external inlets etc., the bed set-up and pre-wiring and the rear-luggage space hanging curtain-like fabric to protect the rear of the seats and the wood is the kind of attention to detail that is hugely useful when on the road but easily overlooked at the time of purchase. All of these are notable examples of that attention to detail. A manufacturer that is also willing to show and explain the underside of their motorhomes/RVs is another indication of quality. This is perhaps expensive (it is luxury after all), but I also think it is good value.
Lots to love about this van. Feature rich and only the best in the latest camping tech available on the market. My only concern is the lack of protection for the undercarriage. If you plan to go off grid a lot of care must be done in the type of roads your travelling on. A lot of damage can be done by hitting rocks or other obstacles. I would like to see more skid plates added to protect important equipment. I live in BC Canada and a lot of country side gravel roads have a centre hump that would damage this vehicle.
If you read my comment above, you'll know I'm not sugar coating it. YES the bottom is NOT sealed for off road. The sewer hose is exposed and you wouldn't want caked mud on that. If dirt is your primary path, then the under-carriage would need you to add some cover protectors. Good point -- and its not 4x4. The 4x4 is shorter and doesn't come with the fancy smooth rear ride suspension (you'll want that for sure!).
I really like how they put all the outside things together under that flip up panel and the access door for the macerater so you don’t have to crawl under the MH to dump the tanks

This is my favourite class B RV, not that I'll ever be able afford one! However, there is NO WAY I'd trade those two lounge stars for all the storage your are giving up compared to the GT model.
Love the space in the front lounge area! Great kitchen: nice counter space, love the deep sink, very well-planned!. This is a very well thought-out vehicle and clearly a very quality product! I just wish I had the money to afford one! (Jane) Enjoy!

Nice rig but for that price I would expect a dry bath. And I kind of winced when you called it a camper because of the $$$. RV would have been better because this is no cheap camper! Nice job on the review!
This actually beats Airstream I think. Although I like Airstream's front cabin trim. The inside back cabin shares similarities. The exterior is much better than Airstream. I found several Grech rv and been commenting about the driver side finish. I think it needs a bit of better trim. Looks like a fancy delivery van with manufactured layout. Love the seats though.
The exterior is identical to the Airstream. They may have improved on some things in the interior but for the most part they duplicated the Interstate. Don't blame them the interstate is a great rig.
@@1nhonho Exterior is not like AIRSTREAM, No way, GRECH RV is much cleaner looking without "all the cut outs and bobs and fittings" along the side. We shopped Airstream and Grech is significantly nicer inside and out. But you have to have a detail eye to notice these things.

They're asking way too much at $230k. The retail value is $120k with propane, if you choose battery no propane than it's a $40k upgrade so it would be $160k. If you pay more your getting screwed!
It's a super nice van but I wonder what the target audience is? Is this a limousine on steroids? I mean seats up to 9 people but sleeps 2. So what is it? A better bus to drive from A to hotel B? Also storage.. Well even for 2 people that want to spend some nights in it it's mini fridge and storage for anything other then clothes/food is nowhere to be found.. hmmm
The kitchen is too narrow, you can’t even open the fridge, the microwave is too low. If you have a big butt you can get in there. It’s too claustrophobic. Not for me.
Nothing in that Van is worth $210,000… if i drive around the country and book 200 hotel days, might cost me $250x200= $50,000… and that is on the high end.

Good call! The warranty on the Grech motorhome portion is 3 yrs / 36,000 miles and then the chassis has the standard Mercedes warranties.
Beautiful unit, my only two complaints, small refrig. and location of the microwave near the floor.
The other floorplan they have has a larger fridge.
