You are making the world of amateur video that much better by sharing these helpful tips. Others may have good content but the message is lost due to distracting video shoot fails like the floating camera, (making me feel like I’m watching a video while on a Tilt-a-Wheel), or the off-camera (or on) remarks (“Honey, I’m making a TH-cam! Get the (dog, cat, kids) out of here!) I especially appreciate the tip about having a decent microphone for podcasts. Sound can sometimes make or break how long I listen. Thanks, Kelly!! 👍

Yay Colleen! The bigger light might actually be better, I'll be curious what you think! The smaller light is definitely more travel-friendly which I like as well. ❤️

I have almost the exact same setup. LOL That tripod looks like it has clips on the bottom that should extend the legs further. The extension stores inside the legs if you haven't tried it. Melissa @thehappyventure.

Can a static photo be the title image and then move immediately into the video? You send your videos to Alexandra. Do you recommend an instructional video editing video for the do-it-yourself person?
