You've found the one episode that she allowed herself to appear in! Back in 2016 we camped right on the dunes in Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. That was a whole lot of fun (aside from the 20 minutes of digging the one time we got stuck).
Nice video for sure and thanks for sharing. I also like that you mentioned Mammoth and Eureka in it. I lived in Mammoth with My Father for A year in the mid 70`s and went to school in Eureka. I was just out there from Ohio the end of June 2019 on Vacation and I swear we were the only ones there in the Little Sahara recreation area at that time. It was the middle of the week so that may have had something to do with that. We were there over night and maybe 3 trucks passed the camp spot the whole time..
Thanks for not going into an anti-atv tirade. I was afraid you were going to go there the whole time I was watching your nice video. As a fellow Utahn and adventurer, I prefer to explore Utah on my atv, and I try to respect non-motorized outdoor lovers. I would not enjoy kids racing around the quiet campgrounds either, and I apologize that there are some irresponsible parents in the ohv crowd that give the rest of us a bad name.
Thanks for the great comment! We're not going to dismiss someone else's way of enjoying the outdoors, especially because most folks do so responsibly. And we *did* go to Little Sahara after all, so of course we expected to be surrounded by ATVs. A few kids buzzing through camp was only mildly annoying, and it's far better than them sitting at home on their Xbox all day! There's plenty of room for all of us out there, those who ride and those of us who don't.
Was that really Patricia or an actress portrayal ? LOL ( Je plaisante Patricia. Je souhaite que vous soyez ici avec nous à Cannonville, Utah ) Nice video Marc.
It's my understanding that spring and fall are the peak season for little Sahara due to the cooler weather,so you kinda went during peak times. Its not AS busy during the summer months due to the heat.
I see your frustration with the ATV’s. But, since this location is actually designated as an ATV area, I suppose it’s something you just have to accept. I would hope that after a while it just fades into the background and becomes unnoticeable.
Beautiful view from your front yard!!
Thank you! Yes, we truly feel blessed to be right on the edge of the Wasatch Mountains.
Wow! That’s a lot of sand!!
Oregon Coast has a lot also, but not that much. Nice to ‘meet’ Patricia.

Sounds like a great visit, Steve. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the share we have never heard of The Little Sahara Recreation Area. Looks beautiful minus all the engine noise right. >Merton
Love your videos, always great ideas for more Utah adventures. Great job!
Thank you Jeremy!

She's a figment of my imagination. ;)

We can believe that. Then again, we're not sure that we'd want to be there in summer, either.
I just went for a day trip this last weekend...it was a bit warm! Lol
@@thomaseverley3847 we can believe that, too! It was tough enough just in the Salt Lake Valley this week.

It did Mike, and you're correct -- it's best to head to Little Sahara with that understanding.
Place like that, you might do well to wear a bright yellow T shirt or other hi viz clothing. You might get run over on a trail. Dogs too!
Very true, we were keeping our heads up. At the northwest end of the dunes, however, it's an ATV-free natural zone that's perfect for hiking.
dont go to a OHV camping area then, or stay away from the recreation zones that are popular....
