18:20 LOL as soon as this came on I was like...is that Fergie's? Nice little convenience / bakery shop. It's not the best in Canmore but probably the best bargain for good quality pastries. On both our visits to Canmore we grabbed our breakfast pastries / loaves of banana bread and stuff from here.
If you like Valbella give Bohemian Smoked Meats a try, they have some good lunch food and great soups. They also smoke their own fish / meat although to be honest I didn't care for the sausage I picked up.

hahaha, good call! We thought it was a good find, but I agree there are so many options in Canmore! We are due for another visit on our next trip.

Just beautiful! Where is this spot 18:50?

It is so stunning there. That spot is on the Cougar Creek Trail, which is across the highway from the “main” part of Canmore.

How do you get to your Favorite photo spot. Pic looks great.

Hi Paula, thank you so much. It’s a spot where Cougar Creek and Policeman’s Creek intersect. If you find the Cougar Creek dog the unofficial trailhead starts there. There will be other vehicles and people.

When were you there? Was it cold? Did it snow?

This trip was in early November. There was not much snow when we got there but overnight it snowed enough to cover the ground one night. It wasn’t too cold, maybe around -10 degrees Celsius.
